Camera not as good as the pixel from google version 2

When talking people have a hard time understanding me.

Screen went blank after a week. Best Buy replaced it.

four days after I purchased this phone, the price dropped $150.00. had to turn it in to get another phone for the discount. They did not have any gold so I ended up with a black one

Camera is not as good as pixel from the google....

On day 5, After finally transferring previous provider phone number..the phone malfunctioned making it unusable. I made an appointment with the Best Buy Apple tech and they would not fix the problem. I ended up at the Apple Store,where they also could not fix the problem ,the phone failed operation testing and they had to replace the phone . I was charged a fee for the replacement . I hope it will be a better experience going forward. The Apple store kept the original phone and I hope they determine what the malfunction was so no one else will experience this

I’m definitely an Apple junkie, in other words, all of my technology is Apple. Prior to getting my iPhone 8, I had an iPhone 6. I feel the iPhone 6, 7, and 8 are pretty comparable in looks and features. I had already downloaded the new software on my iPhone 6 prior to upgrading, so I basically saw what my new iPhone 8 would be like. Despite the models being fairly similar, I’m definitely still happy with my upgrade. Obviously the phone itself is faster and doesn’t experience as many glitches as older models. I have experience a few issues with software updating, to the point where it’s had go into recovery mode. I have my phone backed up, so it’s not a huge downfall, just annoying. I definitely feel the Touch ID settings are much more accurate and easier to use opposed to older models. I have the gold model and I have to say I love the color! The back is also a glass material as opposed to the old metal casing. This material definitely feels more durable. I have a cheap and compact case on my phone, and it has still survived my toddler throwing it on our wood floor! If screen size is what you’re looking for, I would definitely go with a plus or X model. For me, I like that the regular model is small enough to hold in one hand, but still has a decent screen size. For it being the brand new model, I definitely love my 8 despite the software glitches and updates!

loosing a calls when I move around also having issues people I am talking to say hard to understand me at times not clear like my last phone never had this problem with version 5

I’m having issues with my service. Best Buy can’t help and Verizon can’t help. My old phone had no service issues I don’t know why this new one does.

This phone is not a great idea or deal unless you’re getting it for free..lots of bugs very fragile and very very overpriced.

Apple needs to get their act together with their phones. I am so disappointed with just about every feature.

Ordered online received defective iPhone 8 after hours of trying to set it up drove over an hour to best buy and exchanged for the only color they had in stock. After two hours of trying to get that phone set up in store it had the same problem as the one I received online. Returned that one and came home to find that my Verizon bill already had charged me for the phone so now I have to fight with them very frustrating experience!

Volume all the way up and still hard to hear! Sometimes can’t call or receive calls

My iPhone 5 took way better pictures than this phone. It’s too big and bulky as well.

The phone isn't worth the price and is just as slow as the 5c I replaced it with.

I bought the iPhone 8 almost immediately after it went on sale. I needed an upgrade from my iPhone 6, but really wasn't interested in dropping a grand on the iPhone X. The 8 has beautiful screen definition and a great camera. It runs quickly and I very rarely have any issues with my programs/applications closing or malfunctioning. I use my phone A LOT and most of the time my battery lasts all day without an additional charge. The phone itself is very light weight and the color is super pretty - I would call it more of a rose gold than a gold. I also feel like it's very durable, especially for being all glass. I do have a case and screen protector on it, but I swear I've dropped it a hundred times and don't have any scratches or breaks.

Screen quit working after a few months. Due to shutdowns, unable to get it repaired. Visit to Apple store before shutdown brought no results. Still paying for a device that can't be used.

ITS BEEN THREE WEEKS NOW AND IM STILL UNABLE TO ACTIVATE THIS PHONE WITH VERIZONE,WHICH I SIGNED UP THRU BEST BUYS WHEN I PURCHASED THIS PHONE

Yet another overrated and extremely over priced product by Apple. Maybe one day they’ll actually make a product without any glitches and they’re only “help” is download the update.
