This is my daughters first BRAND new phone!! She is so excited.. she usually gets the hand-me-downs.. so far the phone has worked perfect and she has had no issues.

Small hiccup with shipping and item arrived a day late and the packaging was inadequate - the phone was bouncing around in the shipping box not enough bubble wrap. Whoever packaged it was just going through the motions and did a poor job.

The new phone is great and we were happy we did not have to purchase new protective covers and have more memory.

I had no problems with Best Buy. They immediately shipped my iPhone to me. They were wonderful!!! I would definitely recommend them!!!!

Happy with the phone however the data copy screwed things up a bit - not sure whew the root cause lies burn other wise good phone w

Even though I would like an even smaller phone, this does the trick. Always love getting a new iPhone, as you know what you're getting.

This is a great phone. All the best new Apple technologies in an iPhone 8 form-factor I love. Plus - wireless charging. How can you go wrong!

The phone is good and worth the money. I wish it was a little bigger and offered 4K video on the front camera. Overall great purchase for someone wanting to make a financially responsible purchase.

This is the second Iphone SE we have purchased in our extended family. We are very pleased with the price and performance thus far.

I should have gone for the newer phone, but I was trying to save money. Got the SE instead of the 11 or 12 and have regretted it ever since. No battery life whatsoever (and this is the second iPhone to do that...first was a 6S). I'm still paying it off, and need a new phone desperately. Would NOT recommend this phone (no matter the generation).

Unplaned purchase when my old iphone died. This newer model seems about the same, haven't had time to really go through all.

I like the phone very much. I was to turn in old phone for a credit but nothing on how to do it.

electronics is a cornered market and can get away with prices they charge. after a year the product price drops significantly. some things ....like the iphone ....are overpriced.

Likes that it can link with iPad. Adjusting to new features. Stinks I have to rebuild my contacts. Was hard to know which pages to send with old phone for exchange.

Start up was easy - instructions were clear. The apple product connections have helped stay connected with family.

The SE is nice alternative to to the more expensive I phones. Great value for an apple product.
