Really good phone

Yeah, Apple sells overpriced toys but this is a great phone with a great camera. It is taking a while to get used to no home button but I’m getting there. Also, it’s too easy to take a screenshot when putting the phone down and accidentally hitting the two buttons that do that. And I’m glad Best Buy associate suggested that we buy this using a Best Buy credit card and not on our phone plan.

The phone does not work in Germany. I have spent over 60 hours trying to get it to connect, all to no avail. 2 SIM cards, 2 complete new registrations attempts. It does not work.

Amazing Phone, Amazing Battery Life

Let me start by saying I had iPhones from the second iPhone ever (the 3g I believe?) all the way to iPhone 5c. After the 5c, I felt like Apple was coming out with nothing new or innovative, so I switched to Android and my last bunch of phones were Android. The LG G2 all the way to the Samsung Galaxy S8 as my most recent. The Apple iPhone XR caught my eye with the display and battery life potential, and I was ready for a change as again, I felt now that Android was somewhat stagnate. I also was very interested in the Apple Watch 4, but obviously that only works with iPhone, so that fact pushed my decision over the edge. Let me say, I am beyond impressed with this phone. The battery life is nothing short of amazing! My old S8 would be over half dead by 12:30pm everyday just casual browsing and checking emails while at work. I used my XR all day yesterday, and had at least 85% battery life remaining. This was checking emails here and there, and checking in on Facebook now and then. The screen on it is amazing as well. Very crisp and bright. The camera is fantastic (as most phones are these days). So far, I miss nothing about my Android. I use still use Googe for email and most other things, and it works really well on the iPhone. I may also be having my wife switch as well I am enjoying it so much. Plus you can't beat the price of the XR for what you get. Best value of the current generation of iPhone line.

Sorry I waited so long to upgrade

I've had an iPhone since 2007 and sometimes wait to upgrade just to see if the technology is worth the extra money. It always has been and it is still. I held on to my 6S+ way too long. this is much faster, the lasts a whole work day with out recharging even once. The screen is much easier to read and easier to use. Face recognition is great and I have no idea what people are talking about when they claim the new gestures take some getting used to. Glad I upgraded; sorry I waited.

Every phone from Apple is lovable, likeable and once you hold it in your hand you never let it go. It has everything that I need and I dont need a manual. This is what Apple is meant for - for the Customer - it was important to have the XR with multiple colors but nothing to beat the black. It's awesomeness bundled with features that I need.
Best buy rocks as they give rewards for every purchase...it's a good tie up. Keep up both !!!

I upgraded from an iPhone 5s (16 GB) to the Xr (128 GB) and I'm very happy I did. The Xr looks amazing, feels responsive, the battery lasts long, and the pictures quality is much better than the 5s (no surprise). And it's only $800 for the 128 GB.
One thing I would complain about is this phone's size; It's too big. I'm 6' 1'' and the Xr is too big (No, I don't have small hands...at least I don't think so) to use all the phone's features with just one hand. I'm not a fan of using two hands to control the Xr. I wish apple would have made a Xr smaller and also offer an Xr plus.

I am a loyal I phone user and finally had to exchange my failing battery I phone 6 for the new XR. DId not want to pay the $1,100 for the other 10 so went with the around $800 128 storage capacity phone in black. It did not take long to get used to the new features and the phone looks great and is a little bigger screen than 6. There is still a lot to learn but the camera is definitely better.

Upgrading to this phone from a 6S and loving it! It is very fast and has been able to handle anything i throw at it easy. I was so hesitant because of that notch but honestly after a bit of adjustment I actually almost prefer the notch as it gives me the time and info while I use certain apps that never did before (like youtube). Love the battery on this, I know its a new phone and all but man I can almost go a day and a half before needing to charge it which is amazing! I will say the face id is taking me some getting used to and I still prefer touch id but I will adjust eventually.

I am very pleased with my Apple iPhone XR. I've only had the device for a little over a week. It does everything my Samsung J7 did plus much more. I'm am now able to more easily communicate with other family members that have IOS devices and transfer data to and from my IPad in the blink of an eye... From my research, the XR is best buy in the model X series.

I upgraded my old iPhone 6 to this phone. I had been resistant to FaceID and not convinced the updates on the phone were enough. I was wrong. FaceID is fun and works pretty well. The phone works significantly better than my old phone. The new screen is huge, with basically just small bezels and the cutout up top. Overall, great purchase. Would buy again.

Great Mid range I Phone Model

XR is a cool mid range ver . Between lower models like the 8 and the XS/ XS Max . Almost comparable camera quality to XS , bigger screen size than XS. The key difference is this one has a LCD screen Vs the OLED screen of XS . But if you do not fuss about extremely sharp resolution or additional zoom this will do the trick and almost $250 bucks of saving

Had a bunch of gift cards. Tired of web surfing new iPhones - my iPhone 6 Plus is 4 years old and still working quite well since changing out the battery last year. This XR feels significantly faster. Screen size is great. Can’t say that I feel like I compromised at all by buying the XR instead of an XS. $100 off at $799. No buyer’s remorse here!

Title says it all - who needs 3d touch? This phone is fast and works really well for a cheaper iPhone version, when compared to the XS. The camera as not as good, but most cannot tell since the photos seem to come it clear and vivid.
This is not like the 5C vs 5S where one could feel like the 5C was made from recycled parts.

Upgraded to XR from previous 6s. Although very pleased with years of service from 6s, definitely glad upgraded to XR. Especially impressed by XR’s processing speed, clarity and larger screen size. Although thought I would miss the Home button, I actually prefer the new slide feature for screen changes.

I replaced my IPhone 6 with the X R. This is quite new to the market, and gives me the power and size the X model, at much less price. I don’t need the extra camera features so this one is fine. So far it’s a great phone with the increased size a bonus and not too large to still be a good holster phone.

I upgraded from a 6 to the iPhone XR and I love it! The size perfect and the display Great! I have compared the XS OLED and XR LCD side by side you really can't tell the difference. It's fast, smooth and the battery life is a Beast lasts me all day! For the price point, this is the Best Deal.

Needed to upgrade so daughter could get my 7 and since I was getting it paid for I went for the XR. Didn't realize how much of a difference the camera would be - pictures are beautiful! AND I've used it all day every day and the lowest I've run it down after a day has been 20%! Best Phone Yet!

I have had this phone for a while and it has been a great tool. The battery lasts long and it is pretty fast. I have a prepaid carrier on it. And it does what it is supposed to. 128gb of storage is enough for me.

Between the iPhone XS/XS Max (64GB or 256GB) and the iPhone XR 128GB, the iPhone XR 128 GB is the better option economically. iPhone XR 128GB is also a good option if you need more than 64GB but less than 256GB. The iPhone XR’s screen is a little bigger than the iPhone XS, which is a plus.

I needed to replace my iPhone 7. The XR was the “value” choice AND was still quite “pricey” for my taste. So far, great phone! Love the bigger screen size with handset remaining about the same size as its predecessor. It also takes a little time to get used to the changes in the interface for the basic functions since there is no thumb button anymore. But the bigger adjustment is the weight of the XR. It’s way heavier than I’m used to!
