Love the speed of the phone and the longer battery. The improved camera is fantastic. I love that physically the phone is smaller while the screen remains the same size as my old iPhone 6s Plus.

Overall, I am very pleased with the XS. I just wish they would stop making the phones bigger. The screen resolution is just incredible. There certainly is some adjusting from the old phone.

For the price we spect more out of this phones but is the same thing as the other iPhones just more expensive, not that innovative with the features, not a big deal phone, better get it on a deal just not worth it for the price, does the job which is good but more expensive.

This phone is an upgrade for my daughter from an iPhone 6. She is VERY pleased with the phone, and it integrates will with her other Apple devices. So if it makes her happy, it makes me happy.

Queen provided excellent service today while remaining friendly throughout the entire process. I was a difficult customer and she was the absolute BEST. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am used to the home bottom on the iPhone 8. I like the big screen.

Yes this product comes with a massive price tag, however I must admit this phone is incredible. As someone who is not "technologically advanced", even I can see tons of improvements from my iPhone 6. I would never recommend this product simply because there is no way it is "worth" $1000+, but if you want an upgrade, the iPhone X, and Xs will not disappoint.

So far no major issues with the phone. Not a fan of the face recognition so it’s turned off, but I wish they had kept the home button with the fingerprint ID. Other than that great phone.

It’s a good phone. Like the smaller size compares to my 8s.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. My wife loves it--bigger better display, more memory, etc.--than her older iPhone. Nice sale price too. Delivery was fast and setup easy.

I had the 8plus for a year and did not like the size of it. So, when I was able to upgrade to the XS, I did. It takes adjusting too, but overall, it has been great. I haven't had any issues.

My wife easily converted over to this phone. She was a skeptic initially because of being home-button dependant. For a non-techie person she found it easily manageable with a few swipes.

Upgraded my iPhone 7 for the Xs. Restoring from my iCloud back up was easy and I was off an running within 15 minutes of unboxing the phone. I love the photos this phone takes. Great phone.

So far I’ve liked the phone. It’s a great upgrade coming from an iPhone 6. Apple has address most of the bugs that came with launch. I would recommend upgrading from anything below iPhone 7

Every IPhone seem the same to me but this new large screen is great
