The best phone I’ve ever had, Apple is the way to go. This phone is great to have and screen is perfect!

No more fumbling with a six digit code to use my phone. Just pick it up. I do miss the percentage of battery life showing. Also, instead of glancing at my phone when I get a ding for an e-mail it says notification. I have to pick it up to see what it is. Other than that, I love it.

Really happy with this purchase. Best Buy rep did a great job walking me through all the new iPhone options and ended up going with this one as an upgrade from my iPhone 7-Plus. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to move to a new iPhone and looking for larger form factor.

The problem that I had when trying to figure out the model XS or XS Max. The two models are different sizes than the iPhone 7, so I had to feel in my hand to figure that out. The speed and the clarity of the phone is much better than the 7. Overall, it is definitely worth the price

This was a gift for my son who is a teacher with a 2 year old son. His iPhone 7 was a mess! I “forced” him to accept this offer so that his wife and family could easily reach him in emergencies. He is HAPPY !

My family is divided. I like Samsung and my son likes Apple. I do not know much about the phone except he loves it. The only issue be had was getting used to not having the fingerprint button but otherwise he loves it.

I was apprehensive about leaving the home button and finger print scanner behind; however, I find this phone to be very intuitive and so far (knock on wood), my conversion from the 8 plus to the Max has been issue free.

By far my favorite iPhone yet! Hadn’t upgraded since buying my 6 the day they came out. The camera is amazing and the screen is so brilliant.

I’m really enjoying my IPhone X max. The phone is fast a lot of storage for videos and pictures and the camera is perfect. I should have gotten this phone a long time ago. I’m so glad I got it when I did. The next thing I need to do is get insurance before the 14 days are up.

My son cannot stop talking about this phone This is the first time he got a brand new phone he usually gets his brothers passed down phones but he is so excited went to school and tell all his friends they were like where you get that from him he was a Best Buy and I love it

First time I've tried the X series of iPhone and I'm learning to like it. Face recognition works well almost all of the time. Getting used to only swiping on the screen takes a bit but everything else is pretty much iPhone. Liking the new camera especially the 2x optical zoom.

Amazing phone. Best iPhone release ever. Have had multiple iPhones in the past and this model just blows all other phones out of the water. Nice true color display and beautifully constructed phone. Amazing. So glad I got this phone and upgraded at Best Buy with a great deal!

I love this phone. It’s not really different form the x but I had an 7 so it’s way different than that. I really want to mention how fast and easy it was to buy this phone at Best Buy. It took maybe 20 minutes. Including transferring everything from my old phone to my new one.

My husband and I waited patiently for this phone to come out... and it seems to be everything we hoped for. Her facial recognition and no home button are wonderful features. She seems to live up to our expectations and we are thrilled with our purchase. Love the large display.

The new iPhones are great devices. They are just very overpriced for what you're getting. If you're already apart of the Apple Ecosystem you will love it. If they don't have their grips in you yet, I'd recommend any of the other more budget friendly and more capable devices.

Not sure, but it is not different from the X R, it still gets kicked out of sprint network, doesn’t get back onto the network after being on WiFi. I have to either switch off then on, or reset the network! I am not impressed. I miss my 7 plus, an amazing phone.

I’m so happy I went through Best Buy for my phone. This phone is great, I wasn’t even going to upgrade to the XS because it was so good (I did, only because of a sale that didn’t change my bill) but yes, if you have an iPhone 8 or older and you’re interested, go for it!!

Looking for a phone to replace an ageing 16gb iPhone 6. Was wanting to wait for the iPhone 12 release, but the discount on the XS Max was just too good of a deal to pass up. Very happy with the phone, the process of upgrading and value.

I’ve been an android user for 15+ years but decided to switch to iPhone. After learning the Operating system it works great. I love how much memory I have and I don’t have to worry about an SD card malfunctioning and losing all my photos.

The difference between the 7 and this phone when it comes to photo quality, is night and day. The pictures are brighter and clearer.
