This item works great. It is fast, it has much better battery life in the previous generations, and the screen is incredibly readable. My only dislike is the loss of the fingerprint reader. This is because I wear a surgical mask, and Face ID does not work when I have it on.

This is no different than the iPhone 11 other than one less camera. The only thing I would change is the audio. I traded my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. When I watch videos without earbuds the audio seems a little weak. Other than that I love my phone

Yes, IPhone May keep it simple, but in my mind they have perfected any and every phone they release. Their products are amazing and extremely reliable. Best Buy always has the best deals, so it makes it that much easier to get a product I love, while saving money.

looks and feels great, perfect size for my ape mitts, I suffered a year with the tiny X. Expensive, it was over 1500 dollars. Crazy, you can buy a MacBook Pro for that... In my case its worth the money for sure.

The iPhone XS Max is a great choice is you are an apple person. I haven't had any issues with it. The screen size and resolution is impressive. It holds a charge really well, and recharges very quickly. Definitely recommend to others who are in the market for a new phone!

Nice product but too pricey. Store did not accept my old phone which made me have to contact Verizon how to do.

Overall, this is a good phone. FaceID works quickly and was an easy transition from TouchID. the 6.5" screen is great to look at and the HDR performance through the compatible apps looks great! Battery life is above average and I easily get 5 to 7 hours of screen time. This thing will easily last the whole day for you. The price is the only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review. As far as iPhones go, you know what you are getting and this delivers, but for $1300 after taxes, it leaves you wanting more.

Purchased iPhone X for my wife few months ago, gave it to my son and purchased this iPhone XS max for my wife as replacement.. my wife is using it to capture videos of my son during soccer games, they are much improved from prior phone. She loves it, and I love it too.

At first it was hard getting use to not having a button but once I got use to swiping up I do not want to go back to a older version.

Upgrade from Apple iPhone 6 Plus! Big difference all way around! At first I was not used not having a home button! Few weeks later I don't miss it ..Much Faster..New iOS is smooth !! The camera takes great pictures ..Only downside is the price but it's worth it to me.

I like the bigger screen. My voicemail is not working so. I plan to visit Best Buy for help.. The service is great at our Lincoln store.

One can really appreciate the bigger screen area of the latest iPhone. You can watch videos comfortably without straining your eyes. Other features of this iPhone are always the best from Apple. I had been using iPhone ever since and satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Having used android phones from the beginning, there was defenitely a learning curve to use an iPhone. Love the clarity of pictures and large amount of data. It was a lot heavier when I added the case and tempered glass protectors. I just need to get used to it.

Amazing phone. The screen size is great to consume media. Resolution is high and sharp. Overall performance is snappy. Handles many opened apps at once very well. The camera is another amazing feature. The photos taken look professional and videos are no joke either.

Great iPhone! I bought it when it first came out, and looking at tall the new iPhones now, it's essentially the same in terms of functionality. I'm still happy with this phone and still does exactly what I need it to.

If you’re an apple fan and must have the latest technology then go for it but If you’re already rocking an 8 or up and low on cash I’d wait. But if you balling out of control go for it and enjoy the new Animoji’s and all the other update iOS 12 has to offer techie

This is pretty expensive but if you have the extra funds, this is an amazing phone. The large screen is great for youtube and netflix. The picture quality from this camera is breath taking for a phone.

I went from a 6s to a 10xs max Great full screen and easy to navigate Big Question Is it worth the money ? I would say no ....the slightly upgraded camera and Samsung style screen are great but $1,080 for a phone !! Should have waited but my 6s was acting up
