Great phone takes excellent pictures. Takes a while to get used to using after the older iPhones but it’s a great phone.

This is a very expensive phone and not worth the premium. Does not include fast charger and a headphone dongle which hardly costs few bucks. Connectivity has issues and battery doesn't last a day Had no choice, but to buy since my iphone 6s got damaged I am not able to do anything now since I am invested in the apple ecosystem

I definitely can tell the difference in the processor chip and runs more smoothly. Also, the camera feature is awesome!

Going from an iPhone 6 Plus to the max and I love the upgrade. Initially was thinking about the XS 5.8 but the 6.5 inch screen was best. I do miss the home button but I’m getting used to Face ID. It’s pricy but i don’t upgrade yearly so worth it for me.

I love my iPhone. This is an upgrade from my previous model (6 plus) and apple knows how to make phones. I love the features and how everything works and works well. All my apple stuff syncs flawlessly and never crashes. Their security features are second to none and I feel confident my stuff is secure. My only negative is the price of all phones now. But either you pay or you don't, so no reason to complain. If give it 5 stars of the price was a little lower. I still love all my apple products!

My last several phones have been IPhone. The last phone I had was an IPhone 6s Plus. On this phone, I enjoy having speakers in two places, at the top and the bottom of the phone. To learn to use the camera features, I took a workshop at the Apple Store.

I returned my phone back to Best Buy because they wouldn’t honor a promotion for a $100 Best Buy gift card that I was indeed eligible for. I purchased from AT&T instead. But because this is a product review, I give it 5 stars. I love this darn phone.

So far so good! Easy transfer; no glitches. Taking me a while to get used to going from old to new, but that's just me!

This phone is amazing! I have officially had it one week and it has lived up to ALL of my standards and then some. I am still learning all of the new features everyday, but Chesneythehitlthis phone is absolutely beautiful and very much worth the money!

I am enjoying the XS Max iPhone, but I do miss the home button that was on my iPhone 7 Plus. It has been replaced with the Face ID feature, when that doesn’t work the backup pin is handy for unlocking the phone. I feel it was still a great purchase.

It’s definitely a phone I wanted but it’s expensive to buy. Glad that there was a offer going on when I bought it in BestBuy

Had a Samsung absolutely love this apple. The picture quality is stunning. The speed of operation is fabulous. The image quality is unsurpassed. It was challenging to adjust to the new system but I’m getting the hang of it and love the apple format

This latest iPhone has been my third or fourth apple product, each one has been better than the last. Processor is smooth with no glitches. Camera is outstanding. My favorite feature are the very loud and clear sound form the speakers.

I was really hesitant to purchase the iPhone XS Max after reading other posters complaints with screen colors, WiFi/LTE connectivity and it’s overall size. I can honestly say that I haven’t experienced any issues. My XS Max is a awesome phone so far.

I’m always raving about Apple products, and after the experience of purchasing my last Apple iPhone XS Max from Best Buy, I will continue using BestBuy to take care of my Apple product needs. Great service with experienced employees!

Look, it’s another iPhone. They are great phones but don’t expect to be blown away with anything much different. Apple will continue to nickel and dime us with a few silly features for every new phone release, and we will continue to buy them because we are completely reliant on our phones now, and they are easy to use. The associates at Best Buy made it a pleasant experience, but I was just as happy with my iPhone 8. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen and I needed a replacement.

This phone is freakin' awesome. I'm not usually an early adopter, but this was a Christmas present and it's light years ahead of my iPhone 5. I love that they're starting to make these things idiot-proof since I need all the tech help I can get.

The iPhone XS Max was a great purchase. The ability to use the charging station in my car is a great feature. I love the face recognition. The larger screen is very useful as we are getting older. The cost is way up there but it was worth it..

Purchased for my wife. She uses her phone constantly. After over a year of hard use the battery life is still excellent and the phone performs as good as it did when it was new.

I love this phone. Really wasn’t impressed with the demo at the store but took the plunge anyways since I shattered my 6s plus and very happy I did. Love the features and face unlock works splendidly even in dark, with glasses, with shades and hat.
