Needed to move some pictures to my wife's iPad this cable works perfect SD capabilities works fine.

I rated this item four stars because although I haven't spent a great deal of time using it, I know it will be a worthwhile item especially since my wife has several cameras and I chase tablet/laptops that can accommodate SD cards.

This is compact and extremely convenient for use with my iPhone and iPad when I need to check out or edit photos on the quick.

Apple forces you to buy this adapter if you have any need to read SD cards of any kind on your IPad. While it's annoying to deal with proprietary connections like the Lightning port at least the adapter is well made and works as intended.

This card reader has a fast transfer rate and it seems to be built pretty well for the price

Very cheap compared to actual I phone flash drives. Works just the same though.

It works as described and allows me to transfer photos on to my iPad. I had a cheaper no name version, but one of the iOS updates caused it to become 'incompatible'. Hopefully, this will continue working through updates.

I LOVE the sd card reader. We use it mostly at the hunting lease. We use it to view our pics from the game camera right on the spot.
