I asked an employee in-person if the refurbished mac-mini's they are selling online would work for my basic needs, reading the news, and drawing with krita. He said they all would.
This computer doesn't work for either, nor basically anything else except for basic google searches. I took it to two local computer tech's that told me it's obsolete and that BestBuy should not be selling these.

It must have been in very small print somewhere that this was not actually bought from Best Buy even though I bought it from their website, it's actually from some sketchy "business" now operating under the umbrella "Best Buy."
What a sketchy business Best Buy has become!! These practices will make them go bankrupt, how long will your warranties last when this happens?
