Bought this for my wife, she loves it Very fast, beautiful graphics, and most of all; small an lightweight Great laptop

I simply love my new MacBook Air.....for as often as I'm in a plane, train, or automobile, it's the perfect size and weight. The operating system is the easiest I've ever used and VOILA I love how my iTunes sync thru iCloud seamlessly!

The retina screen is fabulous, so is the featherweigt slimness, I even like the touch pad & I HATE touchpads... The PC to MAC learning curve, however is NOT so hot, which is the reason I gave 4 stars, not 5. That & the Geek squad set it up with my access as "owner" which shows up as my ID on e-mail sent from the MacBook & I can't figure out how to change that :(

I am really enjoying this laptop. I found that it has excellent battery life, and very good performance. The keyboard take a little getting used to, especially since I am not a touch typist, but is working for me. I also have a 13" Macbook Air, and it seems huge when I pick it up now. The new MacBook 12 has become my daily driver.

I just got this Macbook 12" at Best Buy and got lucky enough that it was in stock. I set it up and man o man this is a beauty. Sleek and just beautiful. I replaced a Macbook Pro late 2014 that i had spent $1800 on it and got this one almost at same price and was like wow its pricey but after looking at it and the technology behind it its worth every penny.

Great product, but all wireless interfaces, so you can't charge your iPhone from the USB port. Slender profile and light weight make travel easy. Battery life excellent.

This laptop is amazing. The 512 GB Flash drive allows this laptop to boot up to Windows 7 in record time = 5 seconds on average. Fast and so light weight and compact. I also use the multi-plug with the unti so I have power, an available standard USB (for the external CD drive) and an HDMI input which I've used with a large screen for display. Truly plug and play. A good choice. Get one.

I bought this laptop after I broke my old one. This is my first macbook and I must say that I am very pleased with it so far. The only drawback I would mention is that it doesn't have a CD drive or any ports for USB or HDMI or anything else. This does make it very lightweight and you can buy a cord to make your other devices work with it.

This is my 5th MacBook that I have owned. I really enjoy this product. Very light and rugged. The speed is outstanding.

This thing is light and fast! Love the flash storage. I wondered if the lack of optical drive and other ports would be a problem, but so far it hasn't been challenging at all! Very happy with my purchase!

I love this Mac. The magnetic charging plug alone is super. Walk away accidentally and it pops off. Does everything a Mac can do. If you aren't familiar with Mac, and coming from a PC, don't immediately buy any Microsoft Office software. I bought it and haven't installed it two months later. Fast, easy to learn from someone who has one. DO GET A FRIEND TO TEACH YOU if coming from a PC laptop. Even programs I use at work designed to run on Windows run better on this.

By far the most intuitive, gorgeous, longest lasting, well built laptop ever built

This laptop is very portable and lightweight. The display is vibrant and sharp. Compared to other laptops, it might be a little bit pricey considering the specs. But I would still recommend it to people looking for a portable and easy to use laptop.

The 2015 MacBook is a very slim, and lightweight laptop that is packed with plenty of power. The 2016 may be a little faster and have a little longer battery, but the deal I got of $300 off retail was to good to pass up. I am running OS X El Capitan, and Windows 10 at the same utilizing Parallels. Very Pleased with it. I also suggest you purchase the Speck clear shell for it to avoid scratches and blemishes to maintain value and cosmetics.

Was very difficult to choose between macbook, air, and pro. If you travel or carry laptop all the time, this is the one to choose. Screen is slightly smaller than air and keyboard takes a little getting used to but overall love it. Must buy adapters for USB. Go for 3 in 1. So you can power while using USB.

I downgraded from the new 13in pro high tier to the new macbook. Let me tell you, I can't even notice a difference in performance with the processor downgrade. If anything, the new macbook is even faster... can't wait for el capitan!

Probably the best thing available but still with many shortfalls. This little beauty is certainly light and able. I was surprised by its speed. For most applications, it's actually faster than my 2013 MacBook Pro. However, it's battery life is not the greatest and I am sorely disappointed that you cannot attach a CD-ROM drive to it. Please beware! There is virtually no power output from the USB port to be able to drive anything. Overall, I think it is a great tool to do basic personal and business work, however, does not replace a full-fledged laptop that can handle USB powered devices.
