It hasn’t been any real problems thus far other than figure out how everything works compared to other generic brands. 4 stars because I don’t feel like anything is truly perfect, but it’s a really good buy and I would recommend it to a friend.

I've had it for 2 years now and it still works. Don't expect to to be as good as a Pro obviously. You can use it for basic needs, but not heavy duty projects.

Camera blurry

We took it right back to best buy and simply mac, neither can figure it out. We're upgrading our internet soon so maybe it has something to do with that....?

Good, but not the best!

Editing videos, music, picture can cause processor to run a little slow and lag while using high capacity videos/pics. Overall great product, worth the $.
