I ended up returning mine in for the base 13” MacBook Pro (2020). The air is not bad at all though! If you’re only doing “office professional” work, like using Microsoft office and internet browsing, it’ll run just as good as any other computer in the lineup! It’s also an awesome movie streaming device. Lastly, $999 is a killer price too! - it went back for the pro because there is some very minimal gaming I wanted to do that the air just couldn’t handle. After getting the pro I noticed some flaws with the air too as far as build quality. It’s just not as tight and seamless as the Pro is. I still recommend it overall if you’re in the market for a computer and not doing any heavy lifting with it.

Great laptop! The screen isn’t as nice as the MacBook Pro but everything else is great!

Special note: would have gone to the Apple Store for it. However they are not even offering curbside pickup. So I did the curbside pickup at Best Buy. We us Apple products so the decision as to which one to upgrade to was the question. This is more than enough for my wife returning to school. If you have an iCloud backup, the setup is easy. If new to Apple, it still is easy to do. I have done that before.

I really like the size as it isn't super big, but it's also not tiny. It functions very well as far as I can tell (I am still figuring things out though) A little expensive in my opinion, though.

I think the MacBook Air is a perfect cheaper option compared to a pro or other MacBooks.

I purchased this laptop for my boyfriend and I've got to say I'm a bit jealous since I still have my MacBook air from 2014. I mean my MacBook is still amazing but this laptop is so beautiful! The color, the high resolution, everything just looks so clear! Eventually, when my MacBook gives out I'll invest in one or whatever model will be current at the time, lol. We're an apple family over here.
