So far so good. It's an Apple so shouldn't have any issues and not having to worry about a virus or ransomware is so relieving. Just difficult learning the ins and outs coming from a Windows environment. Good thing it's really for my son and his school work.

I own all apple products. Can’t go wrong for ease of use and most importantly customer service. I call about a 5 yr old product and they walk me they an hr of trouble shoot reset and ensure I’m satisfied. No other computer company does that.

Our family loves Apple products and MacBook Air is no exception. This was a nice addition. With the kids home and having to do homework with on-line requirements, we needed another computer. Apple is reliable and easy to use. No regrets regarding this purchase.

This was the perfect buy of my year!! My granddaughter was over the top excited when she got this for Christmas!! It’s absolutely beautiful! It was everything she needed and wanted! The easy purchase and friendly service I received at Best Buy made the process perfect!!

Purchased this gift for a Christmas gift. Actually the MacBook had been texted to me by the person I was purchasing it for had looked at amazon and had purchased one returned it because it s pricing was higher and it was not the generation I wanted. The person love it

A little less on space however works well. Easy to maneuver and I’ve been using it for a year now

This is for my son at middle school, I don’t know much about computer and always confused to choose from so many different options, trust Apple and like the ideas to make buying decisions easier, my son is happy and I hope this’ll last for the rest of his school years.

Both this as a Christmas gift (I have owned the MacBook Pros for a number of years). This was a great gift and works well.

I have been a window user for a long time. Decided to give this MacBook air a shot and I do not regret it at all ! It was a learning curve to get familiar with its mac system but once you get it, it is good !

I'd been trying to decide if a MacBook would work for me since I've always had a Windows PC and I love my MacBook Air so much that I regret not doing this years ago! I don't have to wait for it - just open the screen and it opens right up. Love! Love! Love!

Good for School! easy to take notes, and I have an iPhone so good for teachers who hate the use of phones

It was an open box geek certified excellent,It was discovered upon opening and turning the device on the previous owner information pop up on the screen requesting a pass word. I return it to best buy and they gave me another device with out any problems with an apology.

This Mac is very nice, great speed and lots of neat features- purchased for my daughter that is now in college

my daughter needed a new laptop for her college classes and we purchased a macbook air. she is happy with the laptop.

Despite its humble specs compared to the MBP, the Air provides excellent battery life and gets the job done in the field.

You can't go wrong with these computers. The are stylish, lightweight, and great for students. I only wish Apple would stop making 13.3" screens and start at 14" inches to provide a slightly bigger screen to people that cannot afford 16" screens.

The Macbook 2019 is a great affordable way to enter into the apple ecosystem and you get an all around solid experience from build quality to OS smoothness. However my only complaint is the ports this wonderful machine has to offer... none! You get two USB-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone Jack and somehow you better make that work. But all in all I would recommend this Macbook for an entry into the ecosystem. Especially coming from myself having owned the last truly great Macbook Pro from 2013.

Overall, I love the computer. I would rate it a 9/10. I got the gold one and the color is beautiful. The only downfall is the camera. This model’s camera has awful quality, it’s super grainy and pixelated.
