This was the least inconspicuous packaging I’ve ever seen for a near thousand dollar laptop. My laptop also freezes once in a while when it was supposed to be in excellent genius-certified condition as an open box item. It stated that the reason was “buyers remorse” but there must’ve been some liquid spilled on it. Thanks.

Most other laptops have one available. Wouldn't recommend for us seniors whom with aging body functions like hearing and sight sooner or later fail. Owned for 3 weeks. Good price, but....... Please pass on to Apple
