1st MacBook didn't work - had to exchange it.

It kept opening the Finder and and the trackpad wouldn't work until at least 15 minutes after I turned it on. I tried it more than 10 times and on a few different days. When I received the new one, it's working fine. Not happy that I had to go in the store, return it and wait for a new one to be delivered to me.

I haven't been disappointed up to this point. I'm glad Best Buy offers Apple products; it would be a bit less convenient and more of a shopping hassle to have to go to an Apple store.

No Freebies

It can't even run half of the softwares I need as a health care major. Only got it to complete my apple trifecta. Not worth the money at all.
