    If I could give Best But a zero I would. Bought a “certified refurbished” MacBook for my son for Christmas. Opened it Christmas morning and upon installing an update (it wasn’t updated when we bought it) it got stuck in a loop. Can’t get passed the failure to update screen. Brought it back yesterday to have them help us so we could wipe his information and they told us to fix it we had to pay $100. Horrible policy for a brand new purchase.

    I cannot say enough good things about my experience and complete satisfaction with this product. My certified refurbish Apple MacBook Air 13" works like a dream!!

    I returned this item within 48 hours of receiving it. Once I opened the computer and logged in with my apple id, it struggled loading websites without the writing being on top of itself. I worked through a few settings and it would not change. This was purchased for school work, so I did not have time to try to make it work and returned it immediately.

    It’s a great laptop fast and great graphics. I have no problem with it at all I plan on buying my wife one around Christmas time.

    This Mac only work 2 wks only and never turn on again my opinion I will never, ever purchase a refurbished item

    Thee keys quit the minute I went to set up. I tried emailing JemJem and the did not respond but, one time.

    Well, this is one of two of this model I have had to return. It isn't Best Buy's fault, this mackbook model is just obsolete, and doesn't really work anymore. Best Buy was great about the refunds, though- no hassle there!
