This laptop is saving me!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say that for someone who didn’t have a desktop nor laptop for like 5 years, I was terrified to buy a refurbished MacBook, especially after reading many negative reviews but I was on a budget & had to take the risk. . I have to say I’m super happy and thus far (almost 4 weeks now?) not one problem. As a fitness instructor I really depend on it now to survive during this quarantine . Amazing prize, looks great, is working great. Safely packaged.

Old MacBook

Be sure to look at the year it was made and whether it can be updated.

MacBook Delivers as Promised

Couldn’t even type the password to log in without it lagging. Then once in was even worse. I returned it for my money back. First and last time I try Mac. Back to Dell I go.

Pre Owned Laptop

The computer has great qualities, but I wish wasn't such an older version. Shortly after this purchase Apple had a sale on new MacBooks and I wish I would have waited and bought new. But so far this MacBook has been put to good use.

Did Not Work

Return was easy though.

TERRIBLE

We bought it for our college son for Christmas. It sat under the tree for 3 weeks. It worked (barely) for 1 week after he opened it. He returned to school in January and it crashed. We called customer support at both Best Buy and Apple. Nothing. Total waste of money plus they said it can't be returned or exchanged. Best Buy lost a customer over this one
