I purchased the computer Jan 2018, shipping was a little slow. Computer worked ok at first, but battery life right from the start is poor. Doesn't last long at all, maybe 3-4 hours. I'm noticing now, that when I open pages and try to close them, I have to force quit or refresh the pages constantly because they don't close. For the cost of the computer I wouldn't think it would be this glitchy. I just hope it doesn't get worse..I think about returning it everyday. Wondering if it really was a good idea to purchase it.

I have purchased this laptop as a used item and had no trouble or problem with it, the laptop function as new the keys preformed well also it runs fast, the only thing the laptop gets hot if you used it on your lap forget it, your legs will fry!

Worked good, but I did not realize it was an older version which is heavier, I returned it and bought the newer lighter version.

.Product was in good shape as described. It had one scratch on the exterior. Computer worked with no problems.

The cosmetics of the computer are great. Only two minor scratches were present on the bottom of the computer and there were no scratches on the screen. All keys work. Computer is fast and came in the condition described. Very happy with this purchase!

I had to return because it no workie, oh such is life

While the laptop listed is likely great quality, I found out that I did not recieve the product purchased. Unfortunatley customer service said I waited too long to get the product replaced, (i didnt discover the mistake until approx 60 days when i looked at system specs out of curiosity), so beware. I recieved a lower value macbook pro with the i5 processor and 4 gigs of ram.

Ordered this because an employee told me it was a 2015 model, but upon turning it on and looking at the model series I learned it was a 2012.....runs good, but not what I was told I was getting

When I got laptop it didn't work at all just kept flicking and shutting off. I brought it back to Best Buy and Geek Squad said bad Mother board. I would of expected better from Best Buy. I will say the manager was very nice.

I ordered this online. It was a refurbished model. The operating system was an older one and not what i needed. I returned it and bought a differnt model.

Although the item did not ship with a power cord Best Buy management and customer service addressed the problem promptly. This Apple is amazing. I still have to download my free Anti Virus pack.

Was skeptical at first being pre owned but all I had to do was update and within a day or two just like a brand new up to date Mac. Love it and saved a lot of money in the process.

Overall I love it, and hasn’t caused any problems at all , this will be my first Mac Pro product , the quality is very clear

I have had Apple products for years. This was a bad buy. The battery life is great, but Apple has slowed the computer down so much, that it takes forever to do anything on this computer. Invest in one of the other brands of computers at Best Buy. Apple products are not what they used to be. They don't stand for quality anymore!
