This was a gift for my girlfriend. She’s been using Apple products for years and this laptop is great. It’s easy to use, looks great and very light.

I have always owned PCs, and I finally decided to try the MacBook Pro and I love it! It is fast, portable…and has a great battery life. Will be great for travel.

As has been stated about a trillion different times, this laptop is overpriced. If you care about the best literal value for your money, stop looking at Apple products. Where this laptop truly shines is its ease of use, especially for students. It has amazing battery life, a well-designed efficient UI (which is Unix-based for your computer science people out there who want to use the command line), and great support. If you have other Apple products such as an iPhone this laptop becomes even better because every connects seamlessly between the devices.

Great computer, fast and easy to use. Only problem is the keyboard letters are noisy when pressed. Otherwise, love it

I am a longtime Mac user. I love the OS and the feel of the computer. They are well made and easy to use. This model is really nice, very thin a light (much lighter than my mid 2014). The retina screen is amazing. I am not sure how I feel about Apple ditching the USB and HDMI ports in favor of the newer USB C ports. There are only two of this on this computer. I had to buy an expensive adapter to be able to use my older thumb drives and to connect it to an external monitor. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase

I’m a student at UGA and I needed to get a new laptop because my other one was breaking. The pro is great for a college student because it’s easy to work on to do projects and papers! There are so many great aspects that enable it to make our lives easier!

The laptop is fast and the perfect size for a backpack and light enough to carry around all day at school.

I bought this laptop for Graduate School to finish my thesis and really enjoy it. The battery life is amazing! It's easy to use and is nice if you own other Apple products. Con is there is no USB drive or HDMI port so have to buy a separate product in order to use those features.

I love this laptop! It’s lightweight, fast, holds a charge for an extremely long time. I use it every day for everything and anything.

This is my first Mac although I have been using iOS products since the gen 1 iPhone. I don't know why I waited so long to convert (the price, I guess?). I love how seamlessly it syncs with my iPhone with the handoff feature, which has made work much easier in so many ways. This Pro model runs very quickly and I'm repeatedly amazed at how gorgeous the display is. The only gripe I've had so far is the learning curve with learning a new OS. It's coming slowly, however, and I've got loads of Mac friends who are patiently helping me make the transition. :)

This is my first MacBook Pro and it’s been awesome. It’s fast compared to my older Windows laptop which is great. I use Pages for my document processing so I haven’t purchased MS Word. Overall, a great laptop and I’d definitely buy again in the future.

This is an excellent laptop for students or anyone. It is fast and extremely portable. Not to mention I love MacOS operating system! Everything about the laptop feels premium and is a much needed upgrade from my cheap windows computer I had last. It is pricey but it is worth it personally to know I can be using this laptop for years to come and that it will last me throughout the rest of undergrad as well as graduate school! Strongly recommend and it is especially great to integrate into the entire Apple ecosystem!

The screen is amazing, and the speakers are the best out there. The lack of ports does not bother me and is evened out by how fast the computer charges! The battery life is about 9 hrs with normal usage, 5 hrs with video streaming, I am not sure about intense applications like final cut and gaming because I do neither. Charges in about an hr and half. OVERALL I love this MacBook. Looks amazing. It is fast. period. Best Buy is doing great stocking these! IF you see a negative review, remember there are negative reviews for everything. But this computer rocks.

This latest MacBook Pro, doesn't disappoint. Even though there is no longer ethernet connectivity, and a hub is necessary for connecting your older usb devices and external monitor... it's still great Apple quality. This is just my humble opinion.

I’m a big fan of Apple products. Mac is working great. I thought I would mind the keys barely being there but it does allow me to type faster. Image display is amazing. I like that the Mac Pro is lighter than older versions but still feels sturdy

Worth every penny!! Please do yourself a favor and invest in a laptop that will last you a very very long time! Software = Amazing! Speed = Amazing! Look/Feel = Amazing! What can I say more? Nothing! Its the best! Thats why I bought two!

Tired of investing money over and over in other laptops that eventually failed us. We bought the older version of this laptop for our daughter when she graduated, almost 3 years ago, and she loves it. We finally decided to get one for ourselves.

I love this laptop. Easy to setup and use. Lightweight and fast. Beautiful color and clarity. Pricey but well worth every penney. Good job Apple.

As the title says, this is my 6th Mac purchase so needless to say I drink the koolaid. The machine is sleek, liggtweight, fast, and has wonderful battery life. If you're coming from a PC, try to avoid judging this machine based on the specs. Mac components work faster with macOS than a similarly built windows machine. Complaints: I can't stand the fact that this gen Apple used this style of USB. You will have to buy all new cables and/or an adapter to use any other types of cables. Other than that, I'd highly recommend the machine.

It is light, easy to use and worth every penny! The product was simple to set up, beautiful image and keyboard is comfortable.
