Although the new MacBook is light and I like the updated color, I have to buy separate equipment for cd/dvds and to plug in my USB ports. I have to print often away from home and use software that has come with textbooks, I understand this technology is dated but it's so inconvenient not to have access.

As a loyal apple user, I stay loyal to their phones and computers. I've had a mac book air for the past 4 years and it was incredible! I decided to upgrade to this computer and it has been good so far, although, I have to say, it is a bit slower than my old one and the key board is already starting to stick when I click on a few letters. I've had it for a few months only.

I love this laptop. It works great and is a huge upgrade from my last laptop.

Went in for one of the older models and came out with this one. No regrets.

Fast computer but the processor could have been even faster for the money.

Always pleased with Apple EXCEPT YOU CANNOT PLUG ANY USB or HDMI!!! You need to buy a special attachment just to plug in everything with USB. Apple changed the charger once again so we're forced to buy something new. So there nothing you can do if you want this laptop except bite your tongue and comply.

This was a replacement for a 10 year old MacBook...the MacBook still works but wanted to upgrade to the most current iOS and gave the older model to my grandson! Thanks Apple for "just working all the time"...much appreciated!

Love my laptop except for one flaw. I've been experiencing on-and-off difficulty with the keyboard. It definitely feels different, but I'm willing to adjust to that. But a couple of times certain keys either stuck or stopped working temporarily. Definitely demo one before you buy to make sure you like the feel of the keyboard. Other than that, the laptop is great though.

Looked at several options however the MacBook PRO fit the bill. Wasn't sure what I wanted nor what I was going to purchase but the folks at BestBuy walked me through and man I'm glad they did. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

The display of the screen is incredible. The is the second MacBook Pro I've owned and its excellent. Had to get used to the keyboard, but the enlarged keys make it a easier to type. As a designer the larger trackpad come in handy.

This Laptop is perfect. I use it for school and I love it. Is very fast

After much debate with my tech friends I finally switched over to Mac. After years of buying Window's products and being let down with update after update I had to jump ship. Overall its great an does everything I need it to do.

Having owned and replaced iPads and iPhones, we now decided to do the whole package including an old iPod, 2ipod shuffles and Apple TV. Everything synced well and it's great to have it all on one page as far as operating goes.

I absolutely LOVE my new computer. The young man at Best Buy was extremely helpful in telling us about the computer and helping us to understand the product. It's a great computer, and I feel like I got it for a good price.

Super easy purchase had a good idea of what make and model of MacBook Pro we wanted and the Best Buy associate gave more than enough info to close the purchase leaving me feeling well informed of what we bought vs our needs.

Simple and lightweight laptop for basic use. Does not have an HDMI port.

My brother asked for laptop for Christmas wasn't expecting the Mac Pro. But he honestly loves it and it goes perfect with his new canon cameras as well. The people at Best Buy were so helpful and I'm glad I made this purchase!

The Mac Book Pro 13.3 in with Retina display is perfect for College.

the equipment was excellent however the service from your store employees was far below satisfactory they had no knowledge of what i needed and resulted in me making a 80 mile trip back to the store to get the right stuff

I love this MacBook pro. It's fast and works perfect. Don't be fooled about USB Type C. Adapters can be had for cheap and can give you all the ports you could need. I suggest a Bluetooth mouse as not to take up a port!
