SO glad I upgraded to the latest model. I was unfortunately laid off at the end of July and my 2018 MacBook Pro went back to the company. I used my 2014 MacBook Air for a bit which was surprisingly a major technology step back from the 2018 and it couldn't handle multitasking. Finally got the 2020 model and love it WAY more than either of the two. The 2018 model only came with 2 USB-C ports which was TERRIBLE for those of us who need to plug multiple things in at once. Even with a docking station, it made things difficult. I also didn't think I'd like the Touch Bar since all of my previous models didn't have one, but it is surprisingly helpful and I find myself using it more and more.

The processing speed and reduced battery usage are really nice to have with this new MacBook version. I miss having a standard USB port, though. At this time, the MacBook Pro comes with the Catalina version of the operating system; I had the option to upgrade right away to the Big Sur version, but there a number of serious reported bugs with the newer version, so we're going to stay with the Catalina version for some time.

Overall a really great computer! Super fast and extremely customizable. The only downside is the ports are just USB-C and one aux, but everyone knows that as an issue from Apple. Besides that, I’m in love!

Great Macbook! This is currently being utilized as a computer for our Marketing team. This thing has enough horse power to get Final Cut Pro and Photoshop running smoothly. Highly recommend this computer.

Upgraded to this model from my 2010 Macbook pro. It has blazing speeds and I'm able to multitask while running programs like Protools and Final Cut Pro. Highly recommended for creative purposes or everyday browsing.

grandson needed updated computer for college, He has no complaints and appears to be very happy with this purchase...light weight, easy to use, apple is good quality, a little pricey but purchased while on sale...it has everything that was needed

Best bang for the buck. Love how portable this computer is! The design feels premium in your hand and it has enough power for 4K video editing. Bought this for college and know it will last me for years!

I purchase this laptop for my son birthday. He's very happy about his gift. He loves it, and is very happy with his Macbook. It's fast and the battery life is very long. The display is sharp and bright

Love Love my new MacBook . It is perfect for everything I needed it for. I have an iPhone so its really convenient being able to link everything together . Clear screen, colors are great!. Love the Touch Bar, it is one of my favorite features. It is worth the money. I am still in the process of buying a case or sleeve for it. The downfall is that it get scratched easily. Make sure to purchase your Apple Care when purchasing. Just in case something happens it can be expensive to fix any MAC really. As to battery life. I alway have the charger with me so there is not really a problem for me. Mac work well with work , than for Netflix or etc which will most likely drain your battery more.

Bought my wife this Mac book as a wedding gift and I haven’t seen her come out the room yet. Haha she loves the picture quality, freedom, easy operation, and battery life for what she needs

This laptop is best if you want a laptop which is sleek ,easy to carry has SSD and good memory. Its fast and the display with touch bar is one of the best feature. Very good for the prize you pay

Very happy purchase, Apple is worth every penny, I have been buying apple products from Best Buy for a while since quality is the same but store pick up is quicker than actual Apple Store

Light weight. Functions like a large iPhone. Touch pad and keyboard have a nice feel to them. Charges quickly and lasts for hours. Screen it very clear and crisp. Much nicer to use while sitting on the couch than a heavy laptop.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who is about to join CS program this fall. MacBook Pro 13 is lightweight and powerful enough to run various development environments she will encounter in the program. It is not touchscreen, wish it was.

The performance of my MacBook is amazing! The battery life is awesome and the webcam offers crisper and smoother feeds for my Zoom meetings. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase.

16/512 is enough ram and storage and will last me years. Anything less wont keep up with the times. Like the Touch Bar even though I’ve been against it for years. Easily enter my email and etc. This is not my first MBP or apple product.

Excellent tiny machine, it works very smooth, perfect performance, it looks like an i7 PC, memory more than enough running graphics software. Speed test gave me better numbers than my phone and ipad.

Being able to get nearly the same portability as the air while being able to do more productive tasks like the 16” is wonderful! Perfect for those who need the little bit more power and leeway but can’t give up the portability factor.

I've purchased literally hundreds of laptops and personally owned dozen's over the years and the Apple's 13"MBP continues to be the best performance to size to price that I've come across! Love it.
