Easy buying experience. The curbside pickup was fast and easy. Made the call to confirm I was there for pickup and less than 5 minutes I was on my way with the computer. The Mac is what it is....a Mac and out performs as expected. (better than a PC)

I love this product! It has excellent battery, connection, speed in downloading while I have multiple tabs open. This is worth the price! I felt it affordable being that I am a teacher. It is also durable for the digital work I have to perform on Webex.

Highly recommended love I have 16gb of ram also the interface of it is wonderful just so easy to use. This is my first Mac so I can’t go into full detail like someone who has owned it before but I love mine.

I had a Macbook Pro that I bought in 2012. It died on me and I replaced it with the new 2020. I waited until Apple came out with the new keyboard. It is very good and the touch bar is a plus too!

Very impressive machine! This MacBook Pro is replacing my 2008 aluminum MacBook from 2008. I knew I was in for a nice upgrade, but wow, this thing blows me away! I am very deep into the Apple ecosystem, and this fits in like a glove.

Easy to Use, functional when upon opening; syncs with iPhone and iPad if you’re a writer, designer or artist, the interchange of data is useful. Like you can list ideas on your phone and expand them in macpro.

very nice computer. getting used to the touch bar and the fact that it has no USB port -- converting all my cords / home set up to current apple hardware! Love it just like my last pro no complaints.

Only purchased this because my old MacBook Pro had water spilt all over it and no longer worked. Otherwise, my old one was going perfectly strong for over 5 years. Great laptop. This one is just as great with newer features. Love my mac!

Husband had an iMac that he was having to pack up every Saturday when he had to record. He needed a MacBook to make life easier when traveling to record audio. So much more convenient for him. Works great. He's very happy with it.

Love purchasing through Best Buy whenever possible. Items are almost always available to ship within 1-2 business days upon order. This MacBook Pro 13" is the perfect size for and has the features that we need.

Mac's rarely have issues, Clean machines.. Kinda hard to give it a bad review. I swapped this one out, seemed a little pokey for the creative suite. I bumped up to the i7- 16" for $200 more.

I purchased for college and have had it for 2 months Now with no complaints. I was skeptic to purchase due to the ratings then again all ratings have negative feedback! Not noisy while having multiple windows opened. Quick search engine no delays.

You will pay a lot for this, but it will meet or exceed your expectations. My wife is very happy with it. The Touch Bar is awesome! If you are in a need of a computer, splurge and buy this one

Recently bought a Macbook pro 13 inch with Touch Bar and it works great as other apple products. No complains so far. Hopeful that it will be like this for more coming years. Best Buy curbside pickup is very helpful in this Covid-19 situation.

Great first MacBook. Extremely happy with my decision. A little learning curve coming from windows to Mac but no regrets. The MacBook turns on almost instantly and has been super fast. No complaints.

very light and fulfills my work needs. I work from home and don't want to use my personal stuff to work laptop. I connected 2 external monitors and a Wireless Windows Mouse and works flawlessly.

As an Apple customer I has to finally purchase my MacBook Pro and compare to my HP laptop it’s so much lighter and compact! Everything about this laptop I love so far! Well recommend!
