Ive never had a WORSE experience purchasing a product somewhere. I bought this computer and shortly after buying it, its been nothing but problems. Keys are sticking, the overall performance is insanely slow right out of the box with none of my data on it. I have been trying to get best buy to let me exchange this for a newer model but because their chat and phone support did nothing but give me the run around, I exeeded my 14 day return. I would LOVE to know how best buy is incapable of providing an exception when the first contact I made with them was only TWO days past the 14 day return policy. Ive now emailed corporate and even best buys press department since I have quite the audiece. So far zero response from any of the email attempts (I will say Ive only just emailed their press department today). So best buy can sell me a messed up computer and try to dump me onto apple and tell me to use the extended warranty over TWO days? But their members get a very gracious extended return policy. I fully intend on not only making sure my audience is aware that best buy sells garbage, but also file a complaint with the better business bureau AND start to look into legal channels. I worked at Apple for 5 years btw. No brand new macbook should be defective right out of the box. That is also NOT what Apples limited warranty is meant for either.

Apple has limited may qualities that the older models had in order to sell downloads. For instance,I haven’t figured out a workaround to load my own musc and iTunes doesn’t offer what I have.

having new (old) ports again is only slightly more convenient than using dongles. but for me, most of my accesories are usb c at this point anyway, or I use bluetooth/airplay, so no real need for those 2 returning ports (sd card, hdmi) having those ports adds the bulk that makes this laptop heavier than the previous generation and doesnt add much more usability.

The product is perfect for daily and professional use. It is pricy but the utility is ultimate.

This was a perfect christmas wish gift. Can do so much with this MacBook Pro & picture quality is excellent!

Good but should be touchscreen. Everything else that my daughter has that is a 14 Pro is touchscreen.
