I bought a $1000 refurbished Apple Mac from Best Buy. The battery would never get over 81% on the charge and the keyboard had numerous issues where a character had to be typed several times to work. Was extremely disappointed with this and was happy at least to get my money back.

Great quality screen. Cannot update to most current version of course, but helps me do what I need to do for now. Great price. Refurbished item but almost like new. No scratches.

When I first recieved the computer the "r" and "7" keys were working terribly. I wish I had returned it at this point but I needed it for work and unfortunately missed the deadline. I was motivated to finally write this as the "s," and "1" have become faulty. The keys get jammed or just don't register at all, it took me nearly 10 mins to write this alone. Other than that the product came and is still in perfect condition. However, I can't give this higher than a one star due to how frustrating it is to type messages on this keyboarrd.

The charging cable that came with the laptop was the wrong charging cable. After purchasing my own charging cable, upon powering up the laptop, it kept saying that the battery was damaged and needed to be replaced. This was a certified pre-owned laptop, but I expect for it to at least be operable and have the correct charging cable at minimum. Also, there was a slip of paper in the package showing that it passed the inspection and was ready for resale. On that slip of paper, it showed the price of the laptop which was a couple hundred dollars LESS than what I was charged for the laptop. Very bad business, Best Buy. Do better. Guess I didn’t get the “best buy” this time.

This product did not do well for me. It had poor battery life and it kept overheating which causes shutdown.

My daughter bought this laptop and she loves it. It is so much nicer then her old 2015 13" laptop. It was the right color, price and has double the memory, storage and CPU power.

There’s a few issues with the mac and Best Buy wouldn’t work with me on a credit towards something I like better

This is a fantastic product. The w key is a little sticky but its okay for now. May need repair

Product came in defective. Keyboard did not work. Make sure to do a thorough check! To get it fixed, returned, and re-tested would have put it past the acceptable return date. Not worth the risk. Caution the in-store return process. Was charged for the non-activated Webroot Security "gift" when returning the product in store.
