I'm very pleased with the laptop, some of the software available for it has been disappointing.

Great mac pc awesome I love it very fast this mac book pro has nothing to do with regular pc

I'm and app developer so I have to use apple. This laptop is expensive but light and has a long battery. It's gpu runs unity3d and all other production apps well.

This is my first MacBook. I use it to edit 50-megapixel photos. It runs fast and the 1TB SSD comes in handy to store those huge 50-megapixel files. Over all, I could not be happier with this purchase.

Very fast boot time; boots in less than 10 seconds. Excellent battery life.

I've been using this for software development, web development in particular, and the environment has been incredible. Every package I've ever needed has been quick to locate and install. The trackpad is very smooth and the navigation is great for working with many windows at a time. This makes a huge difference when working away from my monitors at home. Highly recommend this computer for any developers out there.

Purchased this computer for video editing. In my experience the thing to watch out for is overheating and so I will be very careful about the temperature and where I set it down

Awesome screen, fast and well made. replaced a retina display that was about 3 years old and having some graphic issues. This is a great machine. similar in power but with a 1TB SSD.

We needed a MacBook for our freshman college student son, who is going into graphic design. Wanted a good size screen to be able to easily see the details and figured since we don't buy computers every year (in fact not even every five years) we'd better get the top-of-the-line with respect to the specs. The better it is to start with, the longer it will keep up with the demands placed on it. It's early going, but so far we're very happy with the investment.

I wanted to have a small and mobile footprint for my business's video editing purposes. While I do have to use external hard drives for storage, this MacBook Pro lives up to its name. It runs smoothly while processes many gigs of 4k video as if it were a tower! It's a no-brainer that this is the way to go, at least for me, when it comes to meeting my production company's needs. The one downside is the lack of a DVD burner drive. I know Apple is trying to be forward thinking, but DVD's are still relevant, and a drive like that is still something I would use for hard copies I give to my clients in addition to all the other file formats I deliver to them as well.

Such an upgrade from my previous computer! The screen quality is amazing and the speed spoils me! So glad I purchased this computer!

This is the best macbook I have ever purchase. Its is a perfectly top of the line macbook pro.ñ and great for on the go editing.

been reading about this laptop and all i can say is its worth it for home and school and work use.

Very fast, sleek. MacOS so much easier to use than Windows. Purchased an open box, was in perfect condition.
