Best buy costumer service

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They sent the computer to a completely different address, and after 9 months and hundreds of calls they don’t want to give me my money back, not a single call or email from them.

Best Laptop ever
