I purchased this MacBook Pro 16 inch in silver at Bestbuy a couple days before Christmas. I had to return it because the one they gave me was not holding a charge. Bestbuy made it super easy to return/replace the computer. They gave me no hassle whatsoever. The replacement computer I was given has been amazing. It has amazing battery life and is super fast. I recently bought the 16-inch Apple MacBook Pro and I’m honestly so impressed. It’s sleek, super fast, and handles everything I throw at it without lag. I use it for photo and video editing, transferring thousands of files, and multitasking and it runs smoothly every time. The display is absolutely stunning, and the speakers sound amazing, like you’re in a theater. I also love how quick it is to open folders and search for files, which makes my work so much easier. As someone who’s new to MacBooks, I was a little nervous at first, but it’s very easy to get used to. I didn’t realize how much I was missing until I started using this! If you’re thinking about upgrading or switching to Apple, this is totally worth it. Highly recommended!

Very powerful computer used for my graduate studies in data analytics and data science. I definitely would recommend if you have a heavy workload and need to perform multiple task using various programs.

The set up was straightforward; navigating was different from what I was used to, (HP Chromebook) but quickly got the hang of it. I’m excited about my new purchase and everything I can do on it.

So easy to use my mom likes it !! I got my DaD MoM best Friend & my Aunties all new Macs !!! They is all 60+. I could have got the tower for how much I spent spread the love it’s worth it.

The 2024 MacBook 16” m4 pro is superb. No doubt about it. The purchasing experience at best buy was great. As son as I entered the shop they asked what I want, took note of it and assigned a person to help me out. The MacBook was shipped to me and was delivered in time as promised.

The MacBook Pro has been an incredible asset for my business and working from home. It's super fast, reliable, and handles multitasking effortlessly—I often have multiple windows open without any slowdown. The large, vibrant screen makes everything easier to manage, and overall, it's been a fantastic tool I rely on daily!

Impressive battery life; great screen display; and immersive audio. Definitely on the heavier side of laptops but worth it if you like the screen real estate. I chose the black color and found that it gets dirty eash and I found myself having to clean specks of dust particles off of the keyboard area. Overall, 10/10; huge upgrade coming from a 2017 Macbook Pro.

We update our Apple MacBook Pro about every 2-3 years and this one just replaced an M2Pro version. We went back to the 16 inch screen and it is a definite improvement over the previous 14 inch model, especially for these older eyes. The M4Pro is a significant performance improvement over the M2 and I strongly recommend it.

This product is amazing! I made the switch from an HP to the Mac Book 16 Pro and it was such an easy switch! If you are an Apple Product lover this is the way too go! Super fast, easy to use, great graphics, amazing sound quality!
