However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. The plastic adapter that holds the phone and attaches to the windshield mount keeps loosening each time it is used causing the phone to change position (tilt downward). The entire product can be summed up with the negative connotation of plastic.
