Great for multi-displays

Font was choppy on one monitor. Decided to try this mini display port to DVI instead and it fixed everything. Crystal clear now.

DVI Apple Monitor Adapter

Plus the DVI cable into the second monitor and then into adapter. Plug adapter into the back of the iMac and instant second monitor. No set up required. The Mac sees it automatically.

No loading drivers or any such nonsense, it's plug and play. I am using two of these with my Mac mini and a pair of Acer 27" monitors. Works seamlessly.

No issues. I did not notice a degradation in screen quality and works as expected. A little pricey though but at least you canbhave some piece of mind that it has a good build quality and will be covered by apple warranty.
