I am a lifelong customer of Best Buy, especially after receiving my awesome iPhone with an awesome camera, which I’ve used to take numerous photos of my beloved dog. Thank you Best Buy and Apple!!

Had it for a couple weeks now no problems… battery life is perfect but battery capacity says is 87% which okay for now because ima upgrade next year to the 15 pro max… no scratches at all, no chipping paint overall very satisfied!

The phone was in excellent condition! functions well and has the latest updates. no cracks, dents, lags. exactly what I needed. Battery life was under 90 but high 80 and is enough to get me through a whole days as a student/commuter.

Iphone is like brand new no scratch works fantastic this is my favorite iPhone so far. Thank you. Best Buy.

I love this phone I finally got what I asked for and BEST BUY is the best! June 2022 I went to the local Apple Store to replace my iPhone 8, several times I told the Apple salesman what I wanted - iPhone 13 ProMax with 256gb memory. Well that didn’t happen at The Apple Store. BEST BUY FOR THE WIN! They (BB) sold me what I asked for. The reconditioned phone is in amazing condition, transfer of service was super simple (at home).

I bought an iphone 13 pro max at excellent condition. battery health is 85%, be aware of that.

Honestly if you are looking to get a new phone the best way to go is unlocked phones . Best Buy offers great deals for a good phone. Unfortunately this iPhone I got wasn’t the best since it was previously owned it didn’t come with the original box nor the original charger. It came dirty/ almost died as well as the custom service to return the phone was horrible. I didn’t know that they charge a restock fee of $45 so please check everything before buying. Since it was an owned phone I knew it wasn’t going to be new but the way I got it was sad. It seemed they just took the phone back and put it in a box and left it alone . It wasn’t presentable as well as the battery was 83 so it wasn’t worth keeping and well I returned it and lost $45 to do so. Honestly it’s that bad to lost the $45 because after I got an iPhone 14 Plus from Best Buy unlocked and I shouldn’t have even concerned getting a used one . So don’t waste your time or money . Like I did I wasted gas and time going just to be told they were charging me to return something that was already used and horrible . They told me that I had to not open it and they would take it back with no charge. It doesn’t seem right because how am I use to keep a phone and not open it to see if it even works . I Would have gotten stuck with a phone that wasn’t worth it . Now don’t. Get me wrong Best Buy is a good place to find reasonable prices and electronics but be careful on what you really are getting. The iPhone 14 Plus I got it great I had upgraded my mom from the iPhone 11 to the iPhone 14 Plus and it was worth it . It was clean easy to set up easy to pick up . The battery life % was 100 as well as it was clean and like new. The service was easy to pick up and helped me quick.

I was very satisfied with my purchase, although one item that was overlook by your employee he didn't have knowledge that the screen of the I phone 13 was replaced. so when I got the phone I had it check and found out the details of the replacement. But all good
