The staff at Best Buy were extremely informative and helpful with my concerns as a first time Apple iPhone buyer. Best Buy cares about their customers and Apple backs them up. I am a lifelong customer of Best Buy, especially after receiving my awesome iPhone with an awesome camera, which I’ve used to take numerous photos of my beloved dog. Thank you Best Buy and Apple!!

Battery life was under 90 but high 80 and is enough to get me through a whole days as a student/commuter.

June 2022 I went to the local Apple Store to replace my iPhone 8, several times I told the Apple salesman what I wanted - iPhone 13 ProMax with 256gb memory. Well that didn’t happen at The Apple Store. BEST BUY FOR THE WIN! They (BB) sold me what I asked for. The reconditioned phone is in amazing condition, transfer of service was super simple (at home).
