Great to get an older model that looks and works like a brand new phone.

I ordered my phone last week and I did get it a day earlier than expected which was really cool but then the age or symptoms of this was a terrible buy came out... the battery was drained and needed replacing the phone would turn off out of nowhere and I could not return it yet because I still did not receive my new Best Buy credit card in the mail to go to the store before Jan 4 to return the item.... this sucks

I finally decided to buy myself a new phone after having an android for 4 years. This is my first IPhone and it is amazing. The screen quality is so clear. I picked the 6s plus because I wanted a large screen for my steaming habit, but also a phone that could match my student lifestyle. I type papers, send emails, and pay friends all from my phone, so speed and reliability is essential. Wholeheartedly, I can say this is the best 400 bucks I’ve ever spent. I highly recommend this phone for students. I paid a little more for my phone because I wanted a BestBuy certified device. I think everyone should play it safe and do the same.

This iPhone 6s Plus is exactly what I wanted. I had an iPhone 6 previously. The Plus size is better for my hand and finger size. The larger screen is easier to read also. I like the camera. It takes clear pictures without worrying about minor shaking of the camera. The zoom is very good as well. Setup was quick and easy with no issues. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I received it very good condition no scratches or hits on it. Worked gone for the first week but then it started to turn off at some point of time and would turn back on and say it had like 30% battery even tho it was on 70% other than that it works fine. That was the only issue.

I think this phone is amazing and half the price of a new one. It was for my daughter and she loves it! With the payment plan my best but card offers it makes owning an unlocked iPhone affordable. Also it works like new I don't have a single complaint. Suggestion tho it would have been nice if it came with an actual iPhone charger because we have had to replace that already. Overall I'd say you can't go wrong with this purchase!

The camera is very clear. The phone is fast, but has minimum space.

Just received for my daughters Christmas present. Seems to be in very good condition, but have not had a chance to power up and check service.

Worked well for two years, but needed something with more storage. When I bought a new phone I stuck to the 6 series because I love this one, but did go smaller than the Plus for convenience.

Love the price and the fact that the iphone 6 se plus phone comes with a 1 yr warranty for the price.

Great camera, weight and display. I have no cons about the phone, it great.

I bought this for my dad who have not use an iPhone before. Very affordable and camera is still great. Easily access for someone who do not know how to use technology yet.

my phone is perfect so far it arrived within the same week (paid for 2 day shipping)and it works great i received an unlocked phone without any scratches the charger isn't an apple charger but it works great you'll love it just like i do. Customer service is great especially the live chat!

I would say it's a good one compared to the USed versions sold in other websites. No scratches. Working as intended with all features up and running. So it's a good Job done by Bestbuy not apple. ;-P The best part is , it's UNLOCKED and used it in 4 countries till now including USA, India, Singapore and UK. Supported all services.

I love my new phone! It came before the date scheduled with no scratches marks or anything that would make it seem used. I was skeptical about buying a used phone because I’ve read so many online reviews about faulty phones. But no Best Buy! You guys came through!

Beautiful phone. Looks and works great. It works with Metro PCS. Only disappointment no headphones and apple charger. It came with some off brand charger.

I am loving the phone but still learning how to use it because I have only had Android devices in the past. It does seem to be easy to learn.

Purchased this online and it came quickly in the mail.. All I had to do was move my sim card to the device and I was up and running in no time !!

Was a bit skeptical to buy a refurbished phone but am totally happy with my purchase so far. Received quick, looks and works like a new phone. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if it would have came with an apple charging cord, it came with an EOM charger which doesn’t charge as fast.
