Beautiful iPhone used it then and still works great, thank you Best Buy! If you want a nice phone and don’t want to spend a lot of money go to Best Buy.

I recently bought a new iPhone from bestbuy your sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful he listened to what troubles was having with my old phone and what I was looking for in a new one.the purchase was smooth and I thought a great value.the phone was delivered to my home on the time and day that it was supposed to.on my return to bestbuy I met with Keith in set ups.a very nice young man.we’re able to move all my picture albums and saved data to the new iPhone.he also was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.a over all excellent experience.that’s why I will continue shopping and returning to the good people at Best Buy.

Great working phone no reason at all to buy an brand new iPhone no reason at all

This is my first iPhone and I love it it’s optimized all the time open source is awesome but my optimized quick response means more to me and everything downloads faster I will be getting iPhone from now on

Bought a refurbished phone in great condition, only concern is that the battery health only holds 78% of it’s original charge, but for its age it’s going great!

Decent camera quality.Good sound and display quality.Two big problems dies very fast and charges slow.

My mother needed a new phone to go with her new iwatch but she doesn’t use her phone enough to warrant paying $700+, so I talked her into trying a BB Pre-owned. She was very skeptical to the point of not being interested, but she finally agreed to go look. The phone at the store was in pristine condition, like new, perfect. I was able to swap out the sim from her current iphone and that was it. I am stunned at what good condition this was. No issues at all! Love it and she loves it!

Great Phone Cheap High Price Phone To Unlock To Any

Decent condition considering the price! Would highly recommend for anyone who just needs a device to have on hand instead of buying a brand new phone or tablet

You wouldn’t even know this phone was pre-owned. There aren’t any scratches or fingerprints. The battery health is at 92, but isn’t a big deal to me. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with it. (I’ve only had it for 2 weeks).

This is my first purchase for a refurb item thru BestBuy. I was anticipating showing Scuff marks or scratches, but it is in excellent condition. Later found out that T-Mobile is selling the same phone (brand new) for about the same price..

In good cosmetic condition overall definitely can tell it was used though. Works great five months later.

This is exactly what I needed, and the minor scuffing on the corners, as this was used/refurbished, was no big deal at all. It works perfectly and I use a phone case anyway. Highly recommended.
