I bought this Item before Christmas as a Christmas present.
It was intended for a person that uses Ting Mobile.
The web sight reported that it is compatible with Ting Mobile. Ting Mobile reported it is NOT compatible with their service.
Best Buy happy to post inaccurate information but not willing to let me return the item.
Do NOT count on their product descriptions being accurate
