Bought Certified refurbushed but it seemed like straight swap from previous owner. Bust buy diddnt even made sure ohone was functioning prior to my pick up at store. It kept restarting. Useless. Returned.

Was kind of nervous about it being preowned but so far no problems at all. Battery life is great and phone looks brand new.

My phone has been working amazing and it hasn’t giving me any problems

I reviewed several iPhones until I found just the right one. When it arrived, it looked and functioned perfectly. There are no new iPhone 12 Minis available, nevertheless, that is exactly what I wanted. It was well worth the effort searching for the particular smartphone, that I wanted. I'm well pleased with the phone and the service. Henceforth, Best Buy will be the first place I start looking from now on.

I have never bought a pre-owned phone before but the worker I talked with assured me that everything is checked over before hand to make sure it's all in good condition. He was definitely right! Everything is like new, and I love the camera quality and long battery life, which were some of my biggest factors in choosing a phone. The mini size is also great for me because I don't like big phones. No complaints here.
