The phone is great! I upgraded from an iPhone X to this iPhone 12 Pro Max mainly because of the 5G, well the size increase as well. A simple switch of my Consumer Cellular Sim card from my old phone to the new phone and it worked perfectly. My only probably was Best Buy had these phones at the time for $839.99 but Amazon was $200 cheaper and their phone were guaranteed to have at least a 90% battery capacity. Best Buy does not price match on refurbished things. But I had $300 of Best Buy Rewards points, so I had to go with Best Buy and the phone only had a 80% battery capacity. Great phone, I'm glad I got it. Cheaper would have been nicer though :-) Photos are sitting next to a CD to show the size comparison.

The phone came earlier than expected, and for it being refurbished, it was in excellent condition. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t want to spend the high price dollar amount for an apple because it’s just like getting a brand new one.

The phone works great, the size is just right, the camera takes great photos and video. The only problem is with the battery life and it not being replaced before purchase. It had 85% battery life so it’s a matter of time before I have to replace it.

The phone is in good condition overall, with both the screen and case in great shape. However, the battery health is currently at 81%, and Apple considers the phone eligible for battery replacement once it drops to 80%. When I purchased the phone from Best Buy, this wasn’t mentioned, and now replacing the battery will cost an additional $100.

At first I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished phone. Not knowing what to expect out of it as I never have before. But to my surprise it was an excellent condition and works brand new. The only negative thing I’d have to say about it is the price was very expensive with it not being brand new.

My iPhone showed up brand new condition. Had a sim tray tool, charger, and usb cord. Totally worth every penny. It doesn’t come in the original packaging but a very proper smartphone generic box and packing was used to ship it to me. This packaging works perfectly and the phone was secure in side of its packaging with little to no risk of shipping damage. The battery arrived with 94 percent battery life health.

This iPhone was good except for the fake the battery was at a low 80 percent which made the phone die fast. I spent roughly 800 on it but for the price they should've invested more into the battery life. No worries I went and I fixed it myself after being scammed by Amazon. I love this iPhone, does not over heat a lot, battery will let me all day, and I get what I need.

Do NOT buy a pre-owned phone from here!!!! I’ve not even had my 12 pro-max for 2 months(literally have had it 6.5 weeks), and it’s COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING! Why has it stopped working? Because the inside hardware gave out! Not even the battery(which was at 97% percent when I got it, and in the 6.5 weeks that I’ve had it, has dropped to 90% out of no where), but the main components of the phone. To have the INSIDE of my phone repaired(again, NOT the battery, but the main hardware), will cost me MORE than what the phone is worth and what I paid for it! Oh, get this, they only give you a week to return their crap! Do NOT buy a phone from here!

First used phone was not working properly the speaker did not work, but the customer service at best buy was quick to help and returned the phone for me and ordered a replacement. The second use phone I received worked great, very happy with it

Phone wasn’t cleaned from warehouse, whoever had the phone prior didn’t use a case so shell wasn’t the best. Battery was one of the best I’ve seen from Best Buy came in at 93%. Geek Squad manger ran diagnostics came back great no problems.
