Very good product, all excellent. Although it's second-hand, it looks like it's new.

When i bought the phone i paid for what i thought was receiving was an original iphone but now a couple of months later i think i got ripped off i received a phone with a screen that was swapped not the original and the cameras were changed not original and now i am having issues with updatesto the phone

I am not satisfied with the I phone. It cost me 1000$ however it didn’t come in the original apple version packaging and the screen had no seal. Also charger is not apple. I think its a used phone. I am returning it! This is the first time I am complaining because Best Buy never disappointed me with past orders.

Honestly surprised how good this pre-owned iPhone is. Looked almost brand new, no scratches, and battery life is solid. Everything works perfectly — camera, Face ID, performance. Saved money and still got premium quality. Highly recommend if you’re okay with pre-owned!

I was in the market to buy a new phone but i came across this one and not only was it great quality it was also better priced and works excellent.

Very good phone, good battery very good performances

I was actually impressed with the condition and performance of this phone. I originally had an iPhone 14 Pro Max but returned it because of financial troubles. But this was a somewhat decent price, condition near new and performance matches the iPhone 14 Pro Max even though that has a Bionic Chip 16 unlike the iPhone 13 Pro Max having a Bionic Chip 15. I am happy with this purchase, but this is a bit higher priced then what you can find on Ebay for example. So recommended to do a bit of research before buying. I only bought this because I needed a reliable phone and had around $500 in gift card credit.

Great condition and battery life no scratches or scuffs

I love this phone. It came with 93% battery life and works fast. Battery last two or more days depending what apps I’m using.

Phone works great with my SIM card. Half of my old phone transferred to this phone. Still had to move apps and a few other things that didn’t transfer automatically. Hassle but workable. Battery health 100% when I received. Now 87% health. My old Apple Watch worked perfect with my iPhone 6S+. 13 Max Pro not so much with my old Apple Watch. In complete app. Weather app is the worst.

I've had this phone for a year and I love it. It hasn't had any problems yet, and when I went to pick it up at the store, they were very nice to me.
