An Excellente quality of pre-owned iPhone! Very important is unlocked! Not bad memory with 16GB storage capacity, very good 8-megapixel iSight camera and 1080p HD video recorder, and also have available the Touch ID fingerprint sensor for security. Best choice for low-cost iPhone!

I was planning to buy an iPod for my morning runs but found out a new one is over $200. Just a few unavoidable bruises on the corners but looks excellent. The unlock button is a bit hard. I will be using it with Spotify and the Nike plus running app

I really didn’t know what to expect but seen how it was a pre-owned Phone I’m not surprise by the dents and scratches on the corner of the phone. I figure Best Buy would do a better job at what type of defects to expect when getting a pre-owed phone. Not happy with the product and since I really can’t return it without a stocking fee. I don’t have an option then to keep it.

The came damage on the bottom,I know is pre own but the is damaged and it didn't came with apple adapter too .i want to return it but I can't afford $35 returns fee . The works

First off, let me say that I love technology and always want the latest jazz in all forms. On the flip side, I can be clumsy and break/lose phones within 6 months to a year. Enter this phone. I had a previously used one that came this issues and used it for a year and absolutely loved how it fit in my hand and loved that it fit in my pocket so easily. That phone went and I bought this one used. It had scratches and dent on the corners, and I found out quickly that you can't do fingerprint scanning with a case. Also, the phone can run kind of hot. But for the price, you can't go wrong. I have it without a case and it has normal wear and tear. No issues so far.

The cell phones I bought were for my 16 year old twins. Ready to drive I felt it was time to get them each one. The phones arrived in generic packaging but there are almost no scratches on them, no dents no blemishes. I purchased otter boxes to ensure they stay that way and then got sim cards from our local Verizon store. So far the phones work fine. One phone does have some residual memory of its previous owners location but other than that my boys are thrilled. I know buying refurbished is risky but when you have two to buy it was the best way to go.

The phone arrived promptly and was unlocked. There were slight scratches and nicks, especially at the back, but were to be expected for a used phone. The phone worked well and was as described. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 rating is because I have not used it over a longer term and so do not know how it will perform in actual usage over one or two months. For example, whether it will overheat or discharge too quickly or have other issues or work without flaws.

Phone was in good condition,but had to buy the chip and battery drains really quick. It’s a good phone but the price could of been less.

The Iphone 5s arrived fast and in excellent condition.I wasn't expecting it to arrive in an OEM box with OEM accessories. It would have obviously cost more money. I would have given it 5 stars but the battery dies very quickly. I've activated the phone and the ESN was clear and the activation went without incidence. I would definitely recommend this phone. I will contact Bestbuy about the battery because there is a 90 warranty.

No scratches, great condition over all. Only thing is when making a call I have to turn the speaker on to hear clearly or put head phones on. But for the price I paid, I don't regret my purchase.

Used iPhone works fine and appeared to be in mint condition, so a good deal for the price (it cost about as much as fixing the broken screen on her old iPhone 5S. Included cheap aftermarket Apple charger and lighting cable, you might want to invest in the official Apple ones if you don't already have them, but those are about $20 each (or currently on sale for $18).

Works, lots of small dents in the back, screen great condition with no scratches, battery heats up fast when charged or in use, good instructions for returning and customer service at the store to help walk through the steps. $35 restocking fee which is a lot, 10-15 would be more acceptable.

Received phone today. It came without a SIM Card cover/tray so it is not usable. It looks like it has been dropped multiple times. Scratched up. I wonder if anyone even looked at it before it was packaged? Given the option to return to the store with a 35.00 restocking fee that I can dispute later by calling.

The Iphone arrived in clean and well maintained condition without noticeable blemishes for a pre-owned phone. I am happy so far.

Would like if the phone came with a warranty, otherwise the phone seems to be in good condition and working as expected.

It is great with all the latest ios upgrades.Despite battery draining problem it is working for his need.

Showed up in a suspicious generic box, with no headphones, and plenty of dings and other cosmetic damage. (Being good to my phones, I'd prefer to do my own damage for that price.) Hard to tell how many times it had been dropped by previous owners.... My biggest disappointment was when I realized that even though it had said "unlocked" online, it was only compatible with Sprint. No thanks. Returned it and got a brand new, newer model for the same price in store! Be warned when returning, there is a $35 restocking fee.

I purchased this to store my music and Bluetooth to my speakers. Found out, I have to store Apple music. Solution, free up space with my music collection. This device is just too convenient and can make phone calls, 'cause it needs a SIM card. I'm new to iPhone and still discovering the features, but so far so good.

Received phone and was in really good condition. Area that I live in Verizon is the best phone carrier. Went to local dealer and they told me that the phone was not an unlocked phone. Went to local Best Buy and was told that phone was unlocked for other phone carries. These other phone carriers do not work that well in this area. Would have been nice to know that it was not a true unlocked phone. Best Buy showed where it states what carries it is unlocked for but that it is not stated unless looked for. Then was offered a new phone for $600.00. This is the reason I was going with a used phone, do not believe that they are worth the price for a new one. Will be looking for a phone somewhere else.
