Great phone to upgrade without having to purchase a new phone. Works great.

Battery doesn’t hold a charge at all. If the product has an issue it should be in the description upon buying the phone.

I hated it it would never keep its charge it had a small crack on the glass i was not happy with it at all not what i thought it would be as an iphone i love best buy but buying from someone out best best was not good returned had no problem

I bought this phone for my daughter and she loves it, but the battery life is horrible! Had to buy a charging case to keep the little one happy.

The phone battery can not be charged . The phone is inoperable.

So I bought this phone against my better judgement... waited a week for it to be delivered, went back to pick it up, and have it connected. Got the phone... waited an hour in the store while they could not connect it, then was told I had to take it to sprint to get it connected. So I put that phone on my monthly plan and went to sprint. They connected it. That was on a Friday. Monday it was dead. Brought it back.... they ordered me another. A week later I went to pick it up. Got it & they connected it .... tried it out, and it wouldn’t hold a charge. I didn’t even leave the store with it.... they ordered me another. I figured I’ Give it one more chance. A week and a half later I received a voicemail message stating they were returning my phone because I never picked it up. I never got a call that it was in ! So they sent it back. Never got another one, and it’s still on my sprint plan. Now I have to waste more time dealing w/ that. Also other products from Best Buy lately have been duds also. Not a good experience..

Purchased this phone twice and both had junk screens which had horrible response times when touching the screen F-

This was a great price . I got it for my daughter for Christmas.

Phone was not bad considering it was refurbished. I did have to buy a new battery otherwise phone worked and not tied to a contract.

The phone was prepowned but had practically no signs of wear. Meets the specifications listed online. Would be nice if the charging cord they send with it worked and was Apple certified knowing how picky Apple products are.

Phone worked great but it had been refurbished and there was a piece broken that wasn’t fixed. Best Buy returned it with no issues.

The phone was used as described but honestly I saw no evidence of that. Came in nice packaging with wire and charger. Also no scratches or any visible damage. Been working 100%.

This phone was really good, just that screen keeps on freezing. If you buy this product make sure to call the warranty service so that if something goes wrong you can get something in return, like money or a brand new phone

Phone came with all features as expected, only big issue was the battery health, it was less than 50%, instead of returning I took advantage of Apple promo on battery replacement in $29, better than waiting for a replacement in probably the same battery condition. I know is a pre owned but at least sell something with enough battery life.

First one I purchased was really bad on battery drainage, but the second one I’ve replaced it with seems to be much better

This phone sucks it’s black listed and the speaker phone is garbage

iPhone was in great condition. Looked brand new! Came with cord and charger in a nice secure box. After checking it out realized that it had a brand new battery! Appreciated that--a lot! I don't do that much with my phone, so this should last me a long time. The price--$199, was way way better than spending $700 to $1,000 for a brand new phone. So far, it's acting very nice. Three cheers to Best Buy for offering a great deal.
