Why I gave it a second star because it will download my Netflix or YouTube for my grandbaby to watch I try to send back but I was to late it won't download nothing that my grandbaby like

This is really a -1... this product should not be sold to ANYONE as it is essentially a paper weight. The item cant or wont allow updates. I couldn't even download chrome or YouTube. It was basically a useless product no matter how much you pay for it..free would be too much. I was extremely Disappointed. Sadly it makes me question all products from this company.
