In the description they say Excellent condition which suppose to mean minor scratches from normal use. However it came with big screen scratch that the naked eye can't miss it. This annoyed me a lot as it imply that might be unseen parts that are in even worse condition and obviously I lost my trust of the product as a consequence of lost the trust of their description.
