  • The Mac was good but charging accessories bad

    Hi, I bought this on Cyber Monday deal, the MacBook was in good condition, but I must say that the charging accessories that came with it were not in great condition. The charging cable was ripped; it was not original/refurbished and looked aftermarket. I tried BB customer care, but they couldn't help with refurbished items unless returned or had a replacement available as a whole. Also, couldn't help with a partial coupon or credit to purchase a charger from Best Buy itself. I had to purchase a new one, which negated the price advantage of a normal refurbished. For an excellent buy, I feel it BB could have taken a little more care on the accessories too other wise, as a device, i recommend it.

    I am having so many problems with this computer since day-one. I've on the phone with Apple Support. I have had chats with Best Buy support and visited the Geek Squad and still have problems. I think I need to get a new computer.
