    Came with two dents and a bent charging cord that only worked for a week, and now only charges intermittently with new cords. Unreturnable after a week? Very dissapointed in Best Buy quality of refurb. Do better.

    Not great the battery would only last 8 hours even when not in use I ended up returning it

    I purcahsed an Apple - Refurbished MacBook Pro - 15" Display with Touch Bar - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon Pro 555X - 256GB SSD - Space Gray. I went to pick it up and it was taken out of the box and had scratches all over as well as finger prints all over the screen. In addition, it wouldn’t power on. I was told I could wait a few minites while the associate connected it to a charger. Needless to say, 20 minutes later the macbook would still not power on. The associate went to start the return but was locked out of the system and he couldn’t finish it. I was told that the manager could do it when they returned. I could wait an hour or leave in hopes that they would actually do the return. I couldn’t wait because it was my girlfriend’s birthday and i had reservations. I still received no notification that the return was started. The associate did not relay it to the manager at all. They basically put it back and i received a notification that i could come pick it up in four days. I called and could not get ahold of an associate that would help. They said since i didn’t pick it up that it would be refunded if I didn’t pick it up. As much as i didn’t like that option i rolled the dice and did that. It was refunded but what a mess just to overpay for a refurbished piece of junk. Not worth the risk. Lesson learned.
