Old remote broke new one works like the old one did. Great

Worked well but did not do what we needed so returned.

I wish apple has more choices but still does the job.

three month old remote that came with a new apple 4k failed to remain paired to the apple tv. i didnt want to deal with the baggage of warranty so purchased a new remote and has been working correctly ever since.

Not impressed with new design, had an older Apple TV preferred the old remote. We had to buy this replacement within a couple months because it fell off arm of sofa and broke.

I didn´t pay attention in the box since my apple TV works with the Iphone remote app and also with my apple watch. I don´t know if it is possible to return the control with the box opened to Best Buy.

Good until it breaks inside. Stopped working even though it send a signal from the buttons. Not happy i had to buy a new one to replace the broken one.

I love Apple products as I am an Apple fanatic! The first remote I had broke and this one I ordered from Best Buy simply didn’t work. I believe I may have been sold a defective product.

It’s ok, I always lose it because it’s paper thin and 2” long. I also miss numbers on a remote

This was a replacement for my apple tv but after six months, the remote is now disconnecting at least once a day.

It costs half the price of an Apple TV which doesn't make sense. It is easy to lose and has limited functionality.

Couldn’t get it to work with my Apple tv that i purchased last year lost remote been using my phone

Don’t understand why this is so expensive. It is a pain to have to recharge this often.

The remote itself is great when it works as I’ve had one before. I purchased an open box replacement cause I figured what’s the big deal, they say they test and certify these things so I’ll be nice and take it off their hands. Got home and the remote does sync and the volume buttons work, but the touch pad and all other buttons do not work. Guess that’s why it was an open box. I returned it and when they asked what was wrong I explained and asked them to please not put this back on the shelf as I suspect that’s how I wound up with it. Went in the next day and the open box remote was back on sale. Very disappointed. Open box items should not be something to be feared and at least when it comes to Best Buy, I no longer trust it.

Purchased for the Guest Room and only used by Grandchildren on Friday and Saturday.

Make sure you have a cover on it. Breaks easily had to purchase another

Why would Apple make a product made out of glass that could be so easily dropped by a child.

Good value for money, would have preferred multiple colors.
