This receives an average review because unfortunately they are are not very durable. Considering the $60 price tag for this small device they should last longer. These should cost between $35-$45. This is our second controller and already some of the buttons are sticking. The track pad often has a lag or unresponsive which can make navigating the menus frustrating. If we need to purchase another controller I will strongly consider 3rd party devices.

Lost the original remote and used the phone app for a while. This remote is more convenient for regular use but the phone app makes searching much easier with the use of a keyboard

Good remote but a little touchy. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise good and responsive.

I love the design, but I don’t like the fact that it is easy to lose and hard to locate if you lose it under your couch. Wish you could ping it with your phone

Kid got my original one dirty and got this to replace. Hard to find in the dark, but works as advertised.

Works as expected. Easy to use but also easy to lose, would recommend buying a bright color case with magnet.
