This product is worth the money. Just get one. Not only can I stream almost all of the channels from my TV provider so I save the monthly rental fee, I can also stream Youtube and all my itunes shows/movies/music on my tv. The only drawback that i am disappointed in is most of my digital movies are from UV and loaded in Flixster, and there is no Flixster account on Apple TV. I hope one is coming, but as of right now I cannot stream most of my digital movies unless i use the airplay option. Which does work well. I like using my tv as a HUGE monitor for both my macbook and ipad. Worth every penny!

Aside from it being a little faster than its predecessor, there is nothing spectacular about this new Apple TV. The remote is super annoying because the touch part is so sensitive. Also, Siri can't type anything, which really sucks since there still isn't a keypad on the remote. If you're thinking about upgrading, I recommend sticking with the old Apple TV because you aren't missing out on anything great.

This is a great option for streaming video if you are already in the apple ecosystem It's great for streaming video from your phone via airplay and the addition of apps store from the last version is great.

I got my first Apple TV as a gift. I have never been the type of to get the next newest upgrade. I am so glad I finally broke down and bought the new Apple TV. It's easy to use and has great new features.

i'm not great with computer stuff,only been learning last few years,this is totally simple to use,if ya have apple products like an ipad or whatever this is even cooler,and the remote is awesome,best remote ever,lol

I was hesitant to upgrade to the Gen 4 having 2 Gen 3's at home, but I'm glad I did. It's night and day from where the Apple TV started. An entire App Store voice control and Siri? Well worth the investment

I have the 3rd gen appleTV as well as this new 4th gen. I'm not really interested in gaming on the new 4th gen appleTV, so for me, this new box is really just a faster streaming version (with nicer UI) of the 3rd gen appleTV. The new UI and siri remote are nice upgrades and the box is definitely faster than the older model. But in terms of functionality (currently), it's not really any better than the old one. Once more apps become available, it will turn a good streaming box into a great one.

This is the second Apple Tv my husband and I have owned and it is an excellent product. The larger remote is one of the more improved features, along with an increase in content. We are able to stream Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, which has made cable completely irrelevant.
