Provides loads of entertainment that you may have missed. My wife loves Survivor. This device has allowed her to catch up on her Survivor addiction without having to buy all the DVD's. Great value for the price! The remote control takes a little practice to operate.

I will start by saying that I am a big fan of Apple products. That being said, I am a bit disappointed in the Apple TV. The overall quality was great but there are still some bugs to work out. For example, when I am in Netflix looking for shows the app will close for no reason and I have to reopen the app. Also, when scrolling sometimes the devices hangs for a moment or two, which never usually happens with Apple products. I think an OS update to fix the bugs would make this a 5 star product.

This tiny device is the perfect addition to a HDMI monitor or TV - intelligent interface and fast access to the coolest way to entertainment but most of all sharing all of my Apple devices to the big screen !

Best upgrade Apple TV has made in years. Plex, SlingTV and numerous other apps is finally available in Apple TV App store. Huge plus for me. Voice Control as well as being able to operate TV functions is awesome.

I got the ver 4 Apple TV to replace an older version. It was easy to setup and install and worked just fine. I upgraded because of the voice control which works but like most voice controls it is limited.

Nice new features, especially if you want to play games on a TV. Simpler navigation to youtube videos. Hopefully the Remote app will be updated for the new Apple TV, which provides a keyboard. It's cumbersome to scroll through letters and numbers without a keyboard.

With the addition of Siri the new Apple TV is easy to use

The ability to manage your own apps is a huge plus. Siri is cool too, but typing is still a pain, and there are minor bugs.

Does it have 4K & HDR? No. If that's the most important thing to you, then get a Roku. How can it be the best steaming box then? 1. Best voice search (including just searching within a single app). Plex & Sling TV aren't in global search, so on Roku and Fire TV you still have to use manual keyboard to search those apps 2. Every streaming app available (Amazon video coming in later 2017) except Ultraviolet (you can Airplay Ultraviolet movies through FandangoNow) 3. Multi-tasking! I can listen to Pandora while I play around in other apps 4. One remote to control TV volume too (high-end Roku can do this too) 5. Private listening with bluetooth headphones (Fire TV & Roku can do private listening too)

With the new updates and use of Siri to search and find movies aor music or other apps the Apple TV is easier to use than every before. The new remote Is very user friendly and is now controlled by finger swipes.

I can't compare this to other streaming products out there, but as someone already hip-deep in the Apple ecosphere, the integration with their other products is very convenient. Setup really was a breeze, just needed my Apple ID and I was set to go in a snap. Good channel selection (hereafter referred to as apps), fast and responsive software, and the voice dictation works really well and makes navigating all the content really simple. Occasionally I have had some problems streaming on certain apps, like FX, where it kept cutting out, but I fault the app developer more so than I do Apple. Still, I'm taking away 1 star for that. All in all, I would highly recommend it. If you already have the 3rd Gen Apple TV, you're not getting a whole lot more (games mainly, which I haven't tried), but it is noticeably faster and you get a more refined experience overall. Two thumbs up.

It is cool. The remote is nice,although the volume isn't working right on mine after a couple weeks. When I use voice commands it starts turning up the volume to max, like the button is stuck. App store is growing

There are more bells and whistles for this new Apple TV.
