Pros: I'm loving the new look, slick and easy to use plus voice option It's on point, very fast. Cons: for purchases, iTunes gift card have to be added thought iTunes in order to work on Apple TV.

Like most apple products, this was a breeze to set up and use. Controls are intuitive and menus are clean and simple. The Siri remote is a nice addition.

I absolutely love my Apple TV! It's great for streaming movies, listening to my music and doing things on my apps through the TV! What's better then that!

Bought the Apple tv 32gb for a little more entertainment. Got a lot more entertainment! Easy set up as with the older models, more apps and games! Love it!

This new gen Apple TV works in a similar fashion as the prior generation with the exception of a much better remote. Other than that I really can't see a tremendous difference if all one is doing is streaming music, watching netflix or putting up pictures via airplay.

My Apple TV is phenomenal I jailbroke my Apple TV and because I don't have cable I am still able to watch all of my favorite TV shows as well as movies new and old. I can just type in the name but I want to watch it and it pops right up I love my Apple TV go Apple.

I'm really glad I purchased this for my parents. They were super excited with the purchase, and they also were very happy that this was compatible with all of their other Apple products because of streaming.

I watch Netflix, Hulu, vudu on a daily basis. I love the Apple TV. Of course I have to switch to another source to watch Amazon Prime... But that is seriously ok.

As with all Apple products, the technology improves with each iteration. I love the integration of Siri, making it easier to enter info e.g. rather than spend time typing (keyboard), Siri can now handle it. Nice. The reason we purchased Apple TV Gen 4 was the integration of DirecTV (including DirecTV Now). I want to explore eliminating the rental charge on the remote receiver. If you're hesitant to jump over to Apple TV Gen 4, don't fret. You'll love the functionality, sleek interface, and picture quality (whether on Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection). Go for it!

It may not have amazon prime but everything about this box kills my roku. Even powers on my tv and controls the volume to my sound at using the apple remote.

Early adopter of the Apple TV 4th. 1st Day setup without keyboard support was tedious, update added support for ios remote (&virtual keyboard).. Not very many quality apps in the first week, but the number has grown tremendously. Several good streaming apps added to view your home videos, TV recordings, music and photos from a networked server. Liked it so much after one week, bought another.

I love all the features of the new Apple TV. It's how Apple should have made it from the start. Anyway, it has a lot of great features, including being able to turn my LG tv on and off as well as controlling the LG soundbar. Having one remote makes things easy to use. I've had a few problems with a couple of the apps, but I'm not sure if that's the fault of the OS or the app itself, so I can't mark the product down since I can't say for sure. A double tap of the home button and force closing the app usually fixes the problem. Overall, great product. Can't wait until new apps are available!

The new apple tv is good and fabulous, but some time it's hanging I don't know why

Easy to use and works very fast. If I had known that they were coming up with a 4K model I would have waited but overall I am pleased with the unit.

I purchased this as a gift to my fiance for Christmas and he seems to love the upgraded version. There are so many options and the sleek design fits right into his man cave theme. I'm sure he will stream all of his shows and music from Apple tv. Vs the smart tv -

I like my new apple tv. The app selection is good and my only complaint is how often you have to reauthenticate the apps. Not the devices fault. Overall the video quality is good. The new remote is nice although it does take a minute to get used to it.

Literally the best thing to stream everything. Especially if you have apple products you can easily airplay anything. Had to buy two more for the bedrooms.
