Got this as a gift for my sister and am very pleased with the new features. Easy set up and she really likes being able to watch movies through this device rather than having to connect her laptop to her TV.

I knew it was going to be good, but it exceeds all expectations. Yes, Siri, games and viewing experience are stellar. You have to use it to really understand what a giant leap forward this is. My kids love gaming (and I enjoy playing with them). Finding and selecting what to watch is truly next generation. Perhaps one of the best things is the remotes use of the TV. It automatically selects the correct input for the Apple TV. No fiddling with inputs on a second remote. How many family members do I know that this selecting the correct input is a real problem for? Let me say, it is a lot of them and this solves that annoying problem. Why doesn't everything use this feature? Of course, the volume control is appreciated as well. I would recommend this to anyone, young or old.

This is a great product. After a couple minutes of practice, the remote is easy to get the hang of. Even my 4 year old is a pro with it. Love the access to all the apps and the beautiful pics that are used for screensaver!

I had the earlier version of the apple TV, and one of the apps I use required this newer version, so I bought it. It's much easier to use than the earlier version (with the silver remote). The new remote has more features and is much easier to use than the old remote. The apple TV hooked up simply. I like that this version has the App Store, so I'm familiar with using that already. I already use other apple products at home, including an iPhone, so this works seamlessly with my other devices.

The look and feel of the product especially the remote is elegant. The interface is better than any of the other streaming boxes. A nice upgrade to the previous Apple TV.

I have a couple of the previous version Apple TVs and am a long time user. With that said, the updated version is a significant upgrade. I am enjoying the improved interface and remote. I highly recommend the new Apple TV.

I have several Apple TVs and bought this one to try out...the new remote takes some getting use to in some areas like swiping down you list of movies...a little to high and you change the category to Unwatched and all your movies disappear...this is a leaning curve. The best new feature is the addition of Apps and the Bluetooth remote.

I am very happy with my new APPLE TV! It was simple to set up. The new remote with Siri built in is great! I was able to find a movie by just saying the title. It took less time to do it then it took to write this review!

Apple TV just works like most apple products it's just plug and play. If you have a home theater receiver with hdmi switching this will work as a volume remote also Picture quality, steaming and functionality, excellent.

I love the new Apple TV. I’m able to download apps through the App Store and it’s easy for me to use the track button. I’ve always gotten scared to that I was going to press to hard on the old remotes.

All the same bells and whistles of previous generations (I have/have had them all). My one complaint is the remote is super sensitive and can get all squirrely when you're searching so I tend to use my old remote (silver one). I also bought this for my mother who is not so tech savvy and she was able to navigate it quite easily. I wouldn't get the bigger memory unless you are planning to store movies or a ton of pictures on it. I use a cloud service so I only need the 32GB to keep the apps I use. Netflix, YouTube, etc. Also- AppleTV does NOT stream Amazon Prime if you are a subscriber to that service. Keep that in mind if you don't have a Smart TV that does or another device that will stream it for you. We love the airplay option in our house too!

We already had an earlier generation Apple TV. We recently returned another product which we had purchased with a gift card. Because we got the refund in the form of a Best Buy gift card, this was a logical purchase. We moved the earlier generation Apple TV into our master bedroom and set up the new one in the living room. This is great for watching Netflix in a couple of rooms. The revised and rechargeable remote is nice. Good picture quality and easy navigation with the remote.

Used it to stream YouTube basically.Better than Chromecast because I can mirror everything from my iPad or iPhone to TV. Siri remote is responsive and looking beautiful but feeling too small in my hand. Clicking is too hard and easily missed. Remote attracts dirt all the time. Other good things are the beautiful live screen saver, variety of shows and movies, simple games and music. Bad things are it is pricey to own one, need to pay everything to watch. difficult to input characters, and no 4k supported. Very bad for 2015 b/c Apple should be at the top in technology. You have to have a million to purchase the movies and shows to truly taste it. I don't. TT-TT Eventually, still recommend this to anyone who uses iDevices. It is a very beautiful product

I reviewed the Firestick, Roku and Apple TV as I was looking to cut the cord...and even though I'm not an Apple guy...I decided on the Apple TV because of 3 things...content, remote control and interface. Wow...I love my Apple TV..the Siri option and track pad are awesome and the content and interface do not disappoint. Overall I'm thrilled with the Apple Tv. My only recommendation would be to purchase a protector case for the remote in case of drops or kids...ita ~$70 to replace it.

Apple TV with Siri is great for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Although I have other methods to stream in my media room I choose to use Apple TV because it can be controlled verbally or with one finger via the remote. It also has a ton of storage for apps so you can literally load it with everything you can imagine.

We already have three Apple TV units and this new version is even better, with additional features. The remote is considerably better than the previous generation.

I LOVE MY NEW APPLE TV, ESPECIALLY REMOTE. I GIVE IT 5 STARS FOR SO MANY REASON. IT IS FASTER, REMOTE IS EASY TO USE, I LOVE WATCHING MOVIES ON IT. HAS A LOT OF MEMORY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OLD VERSION B/C OF REMOTE.

The remote for the Apple TV is extremely easy to use and the TV offers many applications. A very well thought out device. The speed, ease of use, channels, and integration with other devices justify the $150 price.

the only thing i dont like is the lack of apps it should have the appstore, it has a great potential and theres little developed. a tv subscription services is lacking. besides that the remote is great the ui , everythings is fast, nice and good looking. well i think it lacks more social networking onsreen. maybe 4k video.

Love the new Apple TV 4. The new interface is beautiful and the new remote much improved. I wish it had a locked down mode like iphone's "guided access" so I could lock it to a certain app (like plex), but this thing works extremely well. Don't bother with a "smart" tv, just get a regular tv and plug this thing into it.
