This is a great upgrade from the previous models. It has a better remote that is much more comfortable to hold and use and it can also operate audio and video devices including turning them on just by touching the track pad. The app layout is much like the iPhone and iPads which is convenient. Great product overall.

The availability of apps is a major plus. Also, Plex is finally supported so all of my movies not in itunes can be streamed.

easy install and setup was up and running within minutes like that you can add apps and watch your favorite movies.

Best apple tv yet. This is a major improvement the touchpad takes a little getting use to. But definitely worth the price.

This interface is fantastic. I was planning on upgrading my gen 2.0 AppleTV with the gen 3.0 model. I'm glad I didn't. With the latest sale this is a steal. Runs virtually everything available on mobile apps in beautiful 1080p. No more lagging streams with Netflix, HBOGO, etc... Buy it, especially if you own Apple devices.

Interface is much improved and easier. Choices continue to increase making this a great alternative to cable or satellite.

The app store is a great addition and makes this new box very close to channels I use on my Roku. In time a hope to be able to just use my apple tv for all my online steaming, local media files as well as watching live TV and recorded TV. Great box. Would recommend 64 GB model. Plex works great for my recorded tv and channels app works great for live tv connected through HDHomeRun.

Love new generation Apple TV. By far the best and that’s from personally owning 1/2/3 generations of Apple TV

I love the new Apple TV I was so impressed with the easy setup using my iPhone. I didn't even have to put in my wifi password it automatically set it all up by syncing with my iPhone. Interface is clean and bright easy to navigate. Only concern is the Siri remote breaking so I purchased a case from Amazon to protect it.

I bought this as an upgrade to my Apple TV Gen2. The new apps and new functionality provided by the interface made this upgrade well worth it. The only caveat I would give: you really only need the larger hard drive size if you plan to play games. If this is going to be just a streaming device, get the 32GB.

This is one of my favorite items from Apple. Fun for the whole family. it's a must have for every Apple enthusiast. This is all about the Apple Eco System, you can airplay from i-devices, or macs, you can watch your movies and music purchased from iTunes. the list goes on and on. you can't go wrong getting one of these.

This is a great streaming product. Don't get me wrong, it does everything much cheaper options do - but does so with such a quality that you can't help but admire Apple as you swallow the higher price tag.

The wait is over. Apple is on its way to being the go to user experience in another realm, TV! Gets my full recommendation!

I've had an Apple TV for several years. Upgrading to the new Apple TV was a no-brainier. It's great, as expected. The features of the newest version makes streaming services a breeze and the ease of subscribing through your Apple ID is also a plus. Definitely recommend if your looking to upgrade or purchase your first one

Tvos finally. Much better than previous Apple tvs, choose the apps you want to install rather than apps bundled in an OS.

I bought this to replace the original Apple TV and I am very pleased with it. The added memory really makes a difference.

Apple comes thru with all the make. Would not have any other brand when it corms from phones, iPads and every other item.

The changes and improvements to the 4th Generation APpleTV are notable in it's physical size, the removal of the optical audio out, and the changes to the menu. On the plus side, the new remote is fancy and rechargeable, integrating a touch style panel at the top for trackpad style control. It lacks 4K/UltraHD output and with no digital or analog audio outputs you are forced to purchase a pricey audio de-embedder to integrate with Analog Audio systems.
